Advantages: - The customer care staff is meticulous and cute, call ahead to check information 1 day in advance, advise everything. - The driver and the bus staff spoke very sweetly and pleasantly. - The toilet in the car is clean. - The room is not brand new, but it is very clean, quiet, comfortable for both people. I have motion sickness but it is very comfortable, I can read books the whole trip. - Departed on time and I arrived at Chu Van An wharf at 7:30 p.m., not too late for me. 2. Disadvantages: - Only transfer to Da Lat bus station within a radius of 5km, I live a bit far so I have to go to the station myself. - At first I thought there was a transfer to Ma Lo, but the bus company apologized and informed me that it could only stop at Chu Van An. If I can return to Ma Lo, it will be very convenient for me. Because the car is so cute, everyone on the bus is so cute to meet, so my trip yesterday was very ok. First time booking a bus ticket online and even paying in advance but it didn't disappoint! Quy Thao bus station is the only bus (I've ever been on it) where the drivers talk politely and don't use profanity. This alone is a 5 star rating. The driver also drank Pepsi and was very cute, not smoking like other cars. Pick up and pay at the correct point. Be able to lie on the correct bed. Overall 10 points.

The bus company is ok and picks you up on time. However, the drivers and drivers neglected to fix the problem of restricting smoking in the car, which was ok.
