I really like using means of transportation for long journeys and my home away from home has all the elements such as comfortable seating/lying, good service attitude, safe driving, punctuality, cleanliness, good staff. My first time traveling alone away from Saigon, I didn't think I was lucky to book such a great bus company ❤ I booked the company through the Vexere app because there was a 50% discount, so I immediately booked a 22 bed bus ticket. Before the day of departure. One day, the company called me to update the license plate as well as confirm personal information and drop off station. I also whispered to the hotline staff that it was my first time going alone to a far away place and going to a wedding. I also gave the garage the address of the wedding restaurant. So 10 minutes later, the bus company called me back and arranged for me to get off the bus as close to the restaurant as possible. Honestly, I never thought there would be such an enthusiastic and attentive car company. The bus departed at 10:15 p.m., I was at the bus station at 10:50 p.m. As soon as I took my suitcase out of the taxi, a guy ran over to support me and quickly put my suitcase in the car's tunnel, while I dressed up and got in the car. The first time I took the bus, I felt quite comfortable. I got carsick but only vomited once when I got on the bus and importantly, I could SLEEP when traveling from NT to SG in BMT. The seats were comfortable, the soft seats could be adjusted to my liking. The bus drivers were enthusiastic with the passengers. The bus ran quite on time even though it stopped at a few stations to pick up and drop off passengers, but everything was fast. What I liked most was that there was no rest stop to waste time, the bus ran very smoothly even though I sat on the upper floor. The toilet on the bus was clean and odorless. Only the armrest on the top felt a bit low, so you should lie down and sit carefully to avoid falling.

+ Overall, good service from Nha Trang to Mui Ne. + Modern, 97% clean bus. + USB charger. + Comfortable seat and aircon. - no wifi (network didn't work) - no toilet on bus (they make a stop halfway) They called me and told me the bus would depart 45 minutes early, and I should arrive earlier. I arrived 60 minutes early, and waited. There was no early departure. Bus ride was fine. Not sure why but they don't use the fast, new, modern expressway that serves this route, instead they drive on small slow roads. If they used the expressway and didn't stop for so long at the rest atop I think the travel time could be reduced by 40% or more.

This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. I wanted to see what it was really like so I tried it once. Maybe I'm lucky, I haven't encountered any bad things. However, the trip will be more complete if the driver is enthusiastic and responsible and does not talk too much on the phone or make noise during the first stretch of the road.
