Reading some negative comments made me a bit confused, but after taking the Da Nang-Pleiku trip on April 29, 2023 at 9:00 p.m. by regular car, I have the following reviews: - The 2 drivers were extremely friendly and arranged seats. 1 seat for each person - The bus assistant is stupid, probably on the same frequency so whatever he says will make him laugh - The bus leaves on time, there is a telegraph notification before the departure time, good service attitude. - Normal facilities, because I booked a regular car, I don't ask for anything more. But it looks pretty good, I stopped to go to the bathroom.

Overall it's very ok. Book tickets through the app with many payment methods, easy, clear and easy to understand. As the day approached, the garage called to confirm. Go to the ticket exchange counter and get on the bus.

The garage service is very good, new cars, clean rooms and blankets, there are transfers at both ends of Gia Lai and Saigon, convenient for passengers to travel, staff attitude is very enthusiastic and cute. At first, I was a bit hesitant to book a test drive because the reviews on Google for service were not good, but after experiencing it, I give the bus company 10 points! I have introduced acquaintances who often travel SG-GL to Hoang Thuy garage. I hope the garage will grow and improve its services! The first time I went, the driver picking up and transferring in the city was also a GL-SG driver, running very smoothly, not speeding, overtaking, braking quickly, stuffing like some guys in Germany, attentive service, fragrant blankets and pillows, toilet slippers folded neatly into pairs for easy access for guests. From now on, we only go to Kinh Dien Hong, (the Nong Huyen stop at EAHLEO, the toilet is too dirty, after going all the way, wanting to eat is the only minus point best)

The sleeping area is a bit narrow but comfortable enough for the journey. The rest is too good with quality commensurate with the ticket price

For me personally, everything is ok. The driver called back to report the time the car arrived at the pick-up point and after the trip, the bus company called over for customer service. If possible, there should be wifi for guests to use.

I've been to the Central Highlands garage many times and the service is very dedicated.
