The Not-So-Good: • Last-minute change of pickup location: A few hours before departure, they informed me that the pickup point had been changed to a location about 30 minutes farther away. However, they compensated me with 100,000 VND, which I found fair. • Unfriendly drivers: The drivers weren’t particularly friendly or helpful, but nothing unbearable. • Overcrowded transfer in Danang: When we transferred to another bus to get to our hotel in Danang, it was overcrowded, and I ended up sitting on a plastic stool in the middle aisle, which wasn’t ideal. Overall: Despite a few minor inconveniences, I had a positive experience with this company. It’s by far the best bus service I’ve used in Vietnam. The cleanliness, comfort, and quietness made a significant difference, and I would recommend it to anyone traveling this route.

We should really support good bus companies like Khanh Quynh, from the attitude of the drivers, staff to the facilities of the bus. The buses are new and very clean. I just hope that Vietnamese passengers will travel in a more civilized manner.

The ticket price was cheap but the quality was very good, the ticket included a dinner. I traveled with my wife from Saigon to Danang. Everything was fine. The bus was new and comfortable. The staff didn't speak English, so we had to use Google Translate. They showed us where toilets were and where to eat. The bus stopped 4 times within our 16-hour trip. We arrived 3 hours earlier than expected. Authentic experience :). The main problem was the company changed our pick up point. They were calling us a whole morning to inform about it but we couldn't understand Vietnamese. The manager in our hotel helped us.

New car, I went on the Quy Nhon -> Da Nang trip and it was very comfortable. The shuttle bus picked up and dropped off at both QN and DN. The car company is new but I don't know why I saw many low reviews so I was hesitant when I bought the ticket, but after the trip I found it great. All the staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Text the co-driver if you want to go to the toilet and he happily stopped the car at the nearest gas station so my family could get off!! Other cars sometimes grimaced and cursed lightly :) New car, strong air conditioner, clean. I don't understand why there are many low reviews?
