I want to leave a review about the transportation company. I was worried because of some reviews, but the trip turned out to be very comfortable. The staff were very attentive: they escorted me to my seat, helped load my luggage, and even helped pack my shoes. The only thing is that the bus arrived an hour before departure, same as I did, so I don’t know what would have happened if I had come at the time indicated on the ticket. Overall, I was very satisfied with the trip and I’m glad I chose this company.

This was the first time I drove a long distance but felt like a short one, the car drove as smooth as a Samsung and the seat was like a cool, air-conditioned bed. Helpful staff. I had to change my departure date twice, once three hours before my scheduled departure. There was no problem with the operator. The driver came and picked me up. The trip was pleasant in a well-maintained coach. Upon arrival, the staff asked if everything was okay and if I had made it to the hotel. I'm returning.

The bus wasnt the most comfortable but the charging ports worked and the cleanliness was acceptable. The drivers though, they were incredibly friendly and accomodating, when we arrived in the morning in hanoi for a stop they even took me to breakfast and refused to let me pay my share. Absolutely loved the boys and even took pictures with one of them.
