First time booking a bus ticket online and even paying in advance but it didn't disappoint! Quy Thao bus station is the only bus (I've ever been on it) where the drivers talk politely and don't use profanity. This alone is a 5 star rating. The assistant in the car is nice and friendly, but the bus company should clearly tell the customer how to get to the parking area.
