The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary. Oh, and the lovely female receptionists even changed my single room to a double room and added a note saying (I'm alone) in love. I booked my bus ticket through the app. The bus conductor called to confirm the pick-up point the day before. An hour before the trip, they called again to confirm the pick-up point. The Vexere app accurately updated the conductor's phone number, license plate number, and bus location. Dinner cost 50k VND per person. The seats were comfortable, and there was water and plenty of power outlets for both USB and Type-C cables.

New car, I went on the Quy Nhon -> Da Nang trip and it was very comfortable. The shuttle bus picked up and dropped off at both QN and DN. The car company is new but I don't know why I saw many low reviews so I was hesitant when I bought the ticket, but after the trip I found it great. All the staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Text the co-driver if you want to go to the toilet and he happily stopped the car at the nearest gas station so my family could get off!! Other cars sometimes grimaced and cursed lightly :) New car, strong air conditioner, clean. I don't understand why there are many low reviews? Everyone please support me, I went from Quy Nhon to Da Nang and the whole car had 7 passengers, it was pitiful. Wish Tan Quang Dung success.

First time riding Tu An bus, felt very ok. The driver drove smoothly, not noisy. The bus assistant spoke softly, helping passengers wholeheartedly. The only thing is that he broke my suitcase huhu. Because of the bus company's enthusiastic attitude, it still deserves a 10/10 rating.
