Everything was great. I booked a bus from Da Lat to Kontum. The bus was luxurious, clean, and the spacious beds provided a comfortable feeling. The driver and the assistant were friendly. I see a lot of people complaining. But this is my personal experience, the car is thoughtful. Called customers on time, got on the bus at the right seat, in general, there was nothing wrong with it
