We are so grateful that our taxi knew where to drop us off. He took us straight to the location. We were greeted with smiles and we had a quick meal before we jumped in the van. We were sat in the seats that we reserved... Which were the four seeds in the very back of the van... My children called it the jumping van because it was a very very bumpy ride. Our driver was a very typical Vietnamese driver. The drive itself was beautiful with canals and houses on the canals.

Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. I would definitely ride with them again! -------------- The bus is of good quality and the driver is very safe. To make the service even better, I suggest the bus company implement a clear policy regarding keeping quiet (turning off phone sounds) at night to avoid disturbing other passengers. Good experience. The staff was cheerful, polite and friendly. The arrival time was 1 hour later than expected because the car had to stop many times to load and unload goods and pick up passengers. Overall, I feel secure when using this bus company's service, and will support and recommend this bus company's service to my relatives.

The bus was on time and arrived at Thanh Thoi ferry station. The dedicated driver quickly used his motorbike to take the couple to the ticket office. Thank you driver and bus operator

An interesting experience: - The bus was on time - The bed was comfortable. 200k was okay. - There was air conditioning and blankets. - I liked the driver and the conductor. I was assigned my favorite seat and was able to change my points quickly. The customer support was enthusiastic and cheerful. - The driver played music while driving, making me nostalgic for Saigon in the 2000s. - The bus stop was clean and beautiful. I got to see the sea elephants. - The shuttle bus was on time. The bus was spacious, comfortable, and cool. - The waiting room at the bus station was spacious, airy, clean, with drinking water, charging sockets, and a restroom. - I liked the bus station's working style: fast, neat, concise, complete, and methodical. It suits my backpacking style.
