I have left by accident some of my stuff in the bus after the ride and noticed it when the bus was already on the way to different destination, however I contacted support and driver and they did what they could to return it to me at the same day ! So grateful! For this they definitely deserve 5 stars! Otherwise ride was okay, we departed hour later as scheduled however arrived earlier for 1-2 hours. Had several stops and there’s no toilet in the bus. Normal ride, just really chilly inside, wear long sleeves!

When I got on the bus, the guys and bus assistants said the seat I booked was on the 2nd floor (because I booked it wrong), but my wife still let me sleep on the 1st floor.
