Cons: -0.5 star because the booking process on the app is too quick, making it easy to select the wrong step and impossible to go back, which could result in service cancellation. -0.5 star because drop-off is only at the company’s representative office, not at my home :) Pros: The bus departed and arrived on time. Pick-up was exactly at the registered location. Professional and helpful staff. Overall, I rate 4.5 stars for both the Vexere app and HK Buslines. We booked an overnight bus trip from Hue to Hanoi for two people. The bus arrived at the pickup point one hour late, which can be relatively normal here since buses often pick up passengers from other cities beforehand. After we arrived, we forgot a small bag on the bus, but we got it back the same evening completely unharmed. When I got on the bus, the guys and bus assistants said the seat I booked was on the 2nd floor (because I booked it wrong), but my wife still let me sleep on the 1st floor.
