Good service from Da Nang to Kon Tum. Water, blanket and pillow are provided. You can recharge your electronics with usb plugs. There were some occasional stops for gasing up/picking up people so you could arrive a bit later than described. (Note: we understand and spoke a bit vietnamese)

The bus conductor and driver are all attentive, reminding passengers of break times or arrival times... the bus runs on time and arrives much earlier than expected... great driver... even though it runs a bit fast... but as long as you are alert, healthy and have a firm grip on the wheel, it's fine. The facilities are very clean and fragrant, you can lie down for a bit and fall asleep, easy to sleep... and the engine is not noisy, but I don't know about others, but my ears get a little ringing when I hear the engine running for a long time. Suitable and convenient for those who need to go from Ho Chi Minh City (Mien Dong bus station) to Mang Den for a visit!

The driver and conductor were polite and provided enthusiastic service. The sleeping berths were comfortable and well-equipped. The bus departed on time and picked up and dropped off passengers at the correct locations. There was a stop for passengers to use the clean restroom. Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience.
