The sleeper bus to BMT was comfortable, more space than what I experienced before, bottle of water a blanket and a pillow included. AC was set to a good temperature. We left on time and arrived 30mins earlier than expected. Driver was great compared to other ones in Vietnam! Not too much honking, no loud music or other noises and driving felt safe so it was easy to sleep. I'm glad I booked through Vexere and had the bus gps location and plate number because I had to search around the bus station to find it which is a Da Lat bus station problem (not all buses are up on the information board), not the company.

House Right at the Bus Station! I've been through many bus companies but I always like to choose Phuc Hai! All the drivers are cute! They always talk gently! They drive very chill too! The drivers are like they'll get there no matter what so there's no need to rush 🤣 Very positive energy 🤣

The bus company was polite and friendly. I really liked this aspect, something many other buses lack: when passengers were playing loud phone calls, the bus company gently reminded them to turn the volume down so other passengers could rest.

The bus company was friendly and helpful to everyone on the bus. They picked me up on time. Overall, 10/10. Thank you sincerely to the bus company for giving me a wonderful experience.
