When I arrived DaLat, I met taxi driver. So I asked anyone, can I use shuttle. They have shuttle service, that's why I just ignored taxi driver. Most importantly, when traveling long distances, having a toilet is very convenient. I like this point the most. The bus ran very punctually, but before booking the ticket, I saw a lot of negative reviews cursing this bus company, but for me, the trip was very good, everything was ok. The driver also drove quite smoothly, unlike many other companies I've been to. The vehicle is fully equipped with water, towels, cakes, blankets, and pillows. The bed is quite comfortable if sleeping for 1 person. Even though my lover and I are both 7-8 feet tall, quite thin, we still feel a bit tired lying down. I think this trip is ok, I still have to wait for the return trip. Regarding payment, I think I should choose online payment to get a discount, because I choose to pay when getting on the bus but in the end I still have to transfer money in advance to deposit a seat. Generally satisfied.

Very stable car service! I found the driver and bus assistant to be polite, enthusiastic, and did not bully customers or throw their belongings. Before the departure date, someone will call to confirm and inform you of any information that needs attention. The car runs smoothly and on time as expected, delivering to the homestay door. The room for 2 people is a bit tight, 1 person will be more comfortable, very private. The car comes with bird's nest water + Aqua mineral water + unscented wet towels, very delicate. Will choose the car again when I return to DL.
