The bus company's service process is very good, with very few areas needing improvement. However, it would be better if the company changed its tissue paper supplier, as the tissues have a slightly strange smell. Otherwise, I've witnessed many changes in the bus company over the past two months: drivers and bus assistants are increasingly friendly, the service process is clear and efficient, and they've resolved the transfer bottleneck in Hanoi by assigning specific zones to each bus.

Shuttle buses within Hanoi/Vinh should add more pick-up/drop-off location options on the Vexere APP. I was the one who called to request additional information when booking tickets in Vinh city. Wishing Sao Nghe will always be the number 1 choice of Nghe people when returning to visit their hometown! China Yen

The garage has a very good and professional service attitude. I was quite surprised because the pillows and blankets were all wrapped in clean plastic before guests got on the bus. Will continue to support this company if given the opportunity

I travelled from ninh binh to danang on the overnight sleeper bus. It was our first experience taking these types of buses and we were nervous. Initially, there was a change in the pick up spot 2 hours before departure which was communicated by email. We got to the correct location at 9 and the bus wasn’t there. We reached out through email and received a prompt response which was very much appreciated. They let us know that the bus was 10-15 mins late. Once the bus arrived the driver came to us personally and helped and the customer service agent also confirmed over email. The bus was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bus driver was very kind and extra attentive knowing that we were tourists. We felt safe throughout the whole journey. The bus driver at the end of the ride guided us to the free shuttle that drops you off at the hotel. I would highly recommend.

First time going to Nghe An by bus. 10 points without any problems. New, clean bus, fast on the highway, few stops, bus conductor and driver were very cheerful and enthusiastic. Decided to book the return trip without looking for another bus company.

Driving so fast, starting at 11:30 from Bac Nghen and arriving at 27 Nguyen Hoang at 4:20. If you adjust the speed, the arrival time is about 6:00 which is great

In Vinh city, pick up by sleeper bus, then go to Bac Vinh to arrange passengers before leaving, so for passengers from Quan Hanh overpass going to Hanoi, there is no need to wait, so the trip is very smooth. From BigC Thanh Hoa to Hanoi, it only takes 2 hours. I went from Vinh city, so waiting for passengers at Bac Vinh station was quite impatient. Good service, reputable bed, funny and calm driver.

I have left by accident some of my stuff in the bus after the ride and noticed it when the bus was already on the way to different destination, however I contacted support and driver and they did what they could to return it to me at the same day ! So grateful! For this they definitely deserve 5 stars! Otherwise ride was okay, we departed hour later as scheduled however arrived earlier for 1-2 hours. Had several stops and there’s no toilet in the bus. Normal ride, just really chilly inside, wear long sleeves!

First time riding a car but surprised by the quality. After I booked the car, someone called to confirm and told me when to be at the boarding location. When I got on the bus, the guys and bus assistants said the seat I booked was on the 2nd floor (because I booked it wrong), but my wife still let me sleep on the 1st floor. While sleeping at night, the guy woke up in a panic and I dropped the phone. phone on the floor, right in the middle of the aisle, huhu. That guy reminded me to keep my phone inside, I'm so lucky. In general, the staff's attitude and personality are very good, the car is good, there are curtains on both sides, a TV screen, wet towels, mineral water. I got in the car, took off my makeup, took care of my skin, and slept well. Especially the bed is extremely long, I'm 1m61 tall but still has a lot of room, no uncomfortable bending of the legs like other cars, overall very satisfied, really like it. Bus quite nice, but didnt have pillow, didnt get assigned seats, and was more than 1 hour late, but that didbt matter because of good driving, nice staff, and quiet atmosphere to sleep! Overall happy as i was able to sleep well!
