The first time I went from Nghe An to Da Nang, I was a bit worried that the bus company was cheating me, but in reality it was very ok. The bus company was friendly, the operator called to confirm and remind me of the schedule to avoid missing the bus. 10 minutes before the bus arrived, both the driver and the operator called. All information about the license plate and the driver's phone number matched the email received. I kept the seat I booked for myself. The bed was spacious and comfortable, the bus ran smoothly and had no smell, and I arrived in Da Nang almost 1 hour earlier than the scheduled time. 10 points, next time I need to choose this bus company to go from Vinh <-> Da Nang

We should really support good bus companies like Khanh Quynh, from the attitude of the drivers, staff to the facilities of the bus. The buses are new and very clean. I just hope that Vietnamese passengers will travel in a more civilized manner.

I travelled from ninh binh to danang on the overnight sleeper bus. It was our first experience taking these types of buses and we were nervous. Initially, there was a change in the pick up spot 2 hours before departure which was communicated by email. We got to the correct location at 9 and the bus wasn’t there. We reached out through email and received a prompt response which was very much appreciated. They let us know that the bus was 10-15 mins late. Once the bus arrived the driver came to us personally and helped and the customer service agent also confirmed over email. The bus was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bus driver was very kind and extra attentive knowing that we were tourists. We felt safe throughout the whole journey. The bus driver at the end of the ride guided us to the free shuttle that drops you off at the hotel. I would highly recommend.

The car ran extremely smoothly. The service staff was very friendly and enthusiastic in assisting passengers whenever needed. Although the bed position was a bit wrong when I booked through VXR, I still accepted the change.

The Not-So-Good: • Last-minute change of pickup location: A few hours before departure, they informed me that the pickup point had been changed to a location about 30 minutes farther away. However, they compensated me with 100,000 VND, which I found fair. • Unfriendly drivers: The drivers weren’t particularly friendly or helpful, but nothing unbearable. • Overcrowded transfer in Danang: When we transferred to another bus to get to our hotel in Danang, it was overcrowded, and I ended up sitting on a plastic stool in the middle aisle, which wasn’t ideal. Overall: Despite a few minor inconveniences, I had a positive experience with this company. It’s by far the best bus service I’ve used in Vietnam. The cleanliness, comfort, and quietness made a significant difference, and I would recommend it to anyone traveling this route.

I traveled with my wife from Saigon to Danang. Everything was fine. The bus was new and comfortable. The staff didn't speak English, so we had to use Google Translate. They showed us where toilets were and where to eat. The bus stopped 4 times within our 16-hour trip. We arrived 3 hours earlier than expected. Authentic experience :). The main problem was the company changed our pick up point. They were calling us a whole morning to inform about it but we couldn't understand Vietnamese. The manager in our hotel helped us.

First time riding a car but surprised by the quality. After I booked the car, someone called to confirm and told me when to be at the boarding location. When I got on the bus, the guys and bus assistants said the seat I booked was on the 2nd floor (because I booked it wrong), but my wife still let me sleep on the 1st floor. While sleeping at night, the guy woke up in a panic and I dropped the phone. phone on the floor, right in the middle of the aisle, huhu. That guy reminded me to keep my phone inside, I'm so lucky. In general, the staff's attitude and personality are very good, the car is good, there are curtains on both sides, a TV screen, wet towels, mineral water. I got in the car, took off my makeup, took care of my skin, and slept well. Especially the bed is extremely long, I'm 1m61 tall but still has a lot of room, no uncomfortable bending of the legs like other cars, overall very satisfied, really like it. We were a little worried about the trip because we read the reviews, but everything went great. The drivers changed throughout the trip and drove very carefully. The road was smooth, there was no shaking. We made enough stops to use the restroom and stopped for dinner. In general, the seats may be a little short for people taller than 180 cm, but that’s not a big deal. We enjoyed the trip.

Bed is comfortable. The staff is cheerful and enthusiastic, whatever the passengers want 😆. Professional drivers drive safely. The car is clean and has a very convenient charging socket in the bed. The car runs on time and is arranged in the right place as booked. Score 10 for the red dragon 👍

New car, I went on the Quy Nhon -> Da Nang trip and it was very comfortable. The shuttle bus picked up and dropped off at both QN and DN. The car company is new but I don't know why I saw many low reviews so I was hesitant when I bought the ticket, but after the trip I found it great. All the staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Text the co-driver if you want to go to the toilet and he happily stopped the car at the nearest gas station so my family could get off!! Other cars sometimes grimaced and cursed lightly :) New car, strong air conditioner, clean. I don't understand why there are many low reviews? Everyone please support me, I went from Quy Nhon to Da Nang and the whole car had 7 passengers, it was pitiful. Wish Tan Quang Dung success.
