⭐ 4.5/5 Thanks to the Vexere app, I had a pretty good trip with HK Buslines. The bus was luxurious with a private cabin for each passenger, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Vexere’s hotline worked efficiently and showed responsibility toward customers. Cons: -0.5 star because the booking process on the app is too quick, making it easy to select the wrong step and impossible to go back, which could result in service cancellation. -0.5 star because drop-off is only at the company’s representative office, not at my home :) Pros: The bus departed and arrived on time. Pick-up was exactly at the registered location. Professional and helpful staff. Overall, I rate 4.5 stars for both the Vexere app and HK Buslines. The car ran extremely smoothly. The service staff was very friendly and enthusiastic in assisting passengers whenever needed. Although the bed position was a bit wrong when I booked through VXR, I still accepted the change.

Here’s my honest review of my experience traveling with this company from Hanoi to Danang. The Good: • Immaculate cleanliness: The bus was impressively clean, and they are very strict about maintaining this standard – eating is not allowed on board. It’s the first time I’ve seen such a focus on cleanliness in Vietnam. Everything inside the bus looked new and spotless. • Reliable WiFi: The onboard WiFi worked perfectly throughout the trip. • Charging options: USB and USB-C charging ports were available, which I also encountered for the first time. • Quiet and peaceful environment: They didn’t leave the lights on unnecessarily or play loud music, which made it easy to relax and sleep during the journey. • Regular restroom stops: They scheduled frequent stops, making it convenient for everyone. The Not-So-Good: • Last-minute change of pickup location: A few hours before departure, they informed me that the pickup point had been changed to a location about 30 minutes farther away. However, they compensated me with 100,000 VND, which I found fair. • Unfriendly drivers: The drivers weren’t particularly friendly or helpful, but nothing unbearable. • Overcrowded transfer in Danang: When we transferred to another bus to get to our hotel in Danang, it was overcrowded, and I ended up sitting on a plastic stool in the middle aisle, which wasn’t ideal. Overall: Despite a few minor inconveniences, I had a positive experience with this company. It’s by far the best bus service I’ve used in Vietnam. The cleanliness, comfort, and quietness made a significant difference, and I would recommend it to anyone traveling this route.

- It was stormy but the driver still drove on time. Safe, secure. The car ran smoothly. - The bus company was enthusiastic and dedicated. They supported me with changing the trip for free. The bus company waived the excess baggage fee. The staff was enthusiastic and friendly. - I quite liked the driver. Safe driving. Thoughtful, friendly, enthusiastic. - The car was comfortable, had massage, and had a charging outlet. - In the midst of the storm, I was still on time to check in at the airport, so I gave it 5 stars.

Bed is comfortable. The staff is cheerful and enthusiastic, whatever the passengers want 😆. Professional drivers drive safely. The car is clean and has a very convenient charging socket in the bed. The car runs on time and is arranged in the right place as booked. Score 10 for the red dragon 👍

The informations about pick up locations etc are a little approximative, I asked Vexere where we could get to the big bus directly and at the end the location was still a mini van pick up that brought us to the bus but that is not a big deal. We left on time from Hanoi but made a very long break at the airport to wait some passengers I guess and arrived only 30 minutes late in Sa Pa so very good. There is no WC in the bus so think about it but you’ll do two 30min breaks in freeway area (3k dong to use the bathroom and they are very clean) and will also be able to buy a lot of different snacks and food. Very confortable seats ! Keep in mind that sometimes the quality of the roads is not that good so it can be very shaky. We booked the top 2 seats at the very back of the bus and you can feel the bus vibrating a lot, the lower seats just before these seats were much more confortable and we were able to use them as they were empty. Overall a very good journey :)

The driver was very punctual, had a good attitude, every time the seat was not as chosen, we sympathize with the bus company because there were elderly people so they slept in the upper bed, the driver drove safely.

I want to leave a review about the transportation company. I was worried because of some reviews, but the trip turned out to be very comfortable. The staff were very attentive: they escorted me to my seat, helped load my luggage, and even helped pack my shoes. The only thing is that the bus arrived an hour before departure, same as I did, so I don’t know what would have happened if I had come at the time indicated on the ticket. Overall, I was very satisfied with the trip and I’m glad I chose this company.

The service is very standard, the price is reasonable. 2 couples sleep in a double cabin, it's comfortable, the curtains are very discreet and private, the hotline is enthusiastic and the staff on the bus is very funny and cute, it's worth going back many times 👍👍

I have left by accident some of my stuff in the bus after the ride and noticed it when the bus was already on the way to different destination, however I contacted support and driver and they did what they could to return it to me at the same day ! So grateful! For this they definitely deserve 5 stars! Otherwise ride was okay, we departed hour later as scheduled however arrived earlier for 1-2 hours. Had several stops and there’s no toilet in the bus. Normal ride, just really chilly inside, wear long sleeves!

Bus quite nice, but didnt have pillow, didnt get assigned seats, and was more than 1 hour late, but that didbt matter because of good driving, nice staff, and quiet atmosphere to sleep! Overall happy as i was able to sleep well!

The bus wasnt the most comfortable but the charging ports worked and the cleanliness was acceptable. The drivers though, they were incredibly friendly and accomodating, when we arrived in the morning in hanoi for a stop they even took me to breakfast and refused to let me pay my share. Absolutely loved the boys and even took pictures with one of them.

I'm surprised that this bus has a low rating. I expected the worst, but a modern, clean bus arrived. My stop was only 10 minutes from the hotel, which is very convenient and very ideal. 23.50 departure and 8.30 arrival. Very clearly. It's very fast from Nha Trang to Da Nang. The driver's assistant spoke English and helped. The bus was picking me up from some intersection where there was no stop, I was worried that the DDU was not there. But the bus arrived on time. I wasn't so nervous because I met another guy at the bus stop who was waiting for the bus. On the downside, the woman who called in advance of the trip told me to save her number and call her in case of any situations, and when I called to find out about the stop, no one answered the phone.

The driver and the conductor were very enthusiastic and dedicated. I got on the wrong bus (same company, same route). The driver and conductor of both buses were very helpful. The ticket price was cheap but the quality was very good, the ticket included a dinner. The bus departed 45 minutes later than on the app, but due to the storm, it rained very heavily, which is understandable. 99/10

Good service from Da Nang to Kon Tum. Water, blanket and pillow are provided. You can recharge your electronics with usb plugs. There were some occasional stops for gasing up/picking up people so you could arrive a bit later than described. (Note: we understand and spoke a bit vietnamese)
