We also decided to buy tickets for the return journey directly at the counter, as the price was the same in the app. We first took a minibus to the meeting point, and then transferred to the sleep bus itself. I recommend bringing a warm sweater or a thin jacket/vest, as it was occasionally chilly, and the blankets were old, but they were available. First time taking the Binh Thuan-Ben Cat route and choosing the TT bus due to the suitable running time. Seeing a 1* review leaving customers at the wharf roundabout, not picking up customers... I was a bit hesitant but had no choice. The car has no navigation but runs on time, only a few minutes off. Drivers and car assistants are friendly and drop passengers off at the door. The car is clean and modern, but the air conditioner is missing, so the air is cold. 10 points for the quality. Will go again if given the chance.

Second 45-minute trip with Han Café (Saigon-Mui Ne in a "Limousine sleeping bus" - cabins - and Phan Rang-Mui Ne in a "standard sleeper bus") and we were just as satisfied as before. The bus was clean and comfortable, and the communication was impeccable (they sent us a WhatsApp message to remind us of our trip and the pick-up point). The pick-up point in Phan Rang was comfortable (clean restrooms, drinks available for purchase, and excellent boarding). They even arranged a drop-off point for us because we had gone to the wrong location. Their "standard sleeper buses" are still perfectly comfortable and include several convenient stops. Compared to another so-called "VIP cabin" company where I thought I was going to die (dangerous and uncomfortable driving for passengers, poorly maintained buses, and extremely unfriendly staff), I highly recommend Han Café. I wasn't able to try their overnight trips, as they were full, probably because they're in high demand! Don't hesitate! 👍

Honestly, I'd read the previous reviews and we were a little worried. But it was the best bus trip we've ever taken. The bus left and arrived on time, the drivers were friendly, the ride was okay (although still bumpy, but that's Vietnam for you ^^), and the seats were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised.

From Nha Trang to HCM, 7am. Good experience, more comfortable than regular train seat. Driver stopped about 3-4 times for toilet. And there was about 2 times we could buy food in those stops. I’m 187 cm tall, but not a problem to sleep on the side with legs folded. Comfortable ride. Driver honked the horn during some moments, maybe some people find it annoying, but I did not. There was a transfer bus when we reached the outskirts of Ho Chi Minh, it was good, medium size bus. Driver and his helper seemed a bit stressed and annoyed, but i don’t think they meant to be rude, they were just stressed, in other moments they smiled. Overall a very pleasant ride and experience!
