I chose a departure from the office in the center of Nha Trang, where we were picked up by a minibus and taken to a large slipbus, which we already rode on. The departure was on time, we arrived at the place an hour earlier than the specified time

Great experience. The bus station is near home, convenient to go & return. The bus departs on time, the driver is polite, helps arrange luggage, the bus staff works professionally, takes good care of customers, supports luggage from the bus to the customer. The bus arrives at the bus station to pick up & drop off customers at the exact location booked. Before the driver arrives to pick up the customer, he calls to remind in advance 👍👍👍👍 The limousine is clean and polite with clean blankets, drinks, snacks, towels. Worth the money. Will use it again next time & recommend it to family members. Using this bus saves time & less tiredness. The minus point is that the engine is a little noisy, but other bus companies have louder engines. This is okay. The driver drives very carefully & safely. We made a trip on October 9, 2023 along the Ho Chi Minh City - Nha Trang route. The seat on our bus was narrow in width, but long (my husband could easily stretch his legs). I want to say a big thank you to the bus drivers. we arrived from Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang earlier than planned (which was very nice) and also the drivers were very friendly. especially one of the drivers (unfortunately I don't know his name). we were treated to free water and there was a toilet on the bus. when the bus stopped along the way, it was a very good place...unlike what we saw in other companies on different routes.
