I've also been on a lot of North-South buses, but I've encountered trucks carrying goods and loading goods along the way for a long time and was time-consuming, but for the first time, I met a Hoang Long A3 bus. This car has enough storage facilities, the bed is clean, and the driver smells good. If your car is comfortable and fun, you will be blessed

The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. When a staff member reminded them to be quiet, the two elderly people scolded her. If they had given a bad review, I would have responded in kind. The staff member's reminder was very accurate. The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary. Oh, and the lovely female receptionists even changed my single room to a double room and added a note saying (I'm alone) in love. This was my first time using Bao Ngoc bus and I have to say the experience was better than I expected. The bus arrived on time, the driver drove smoothly and was very polite. The bus was clean, airy, and the beds were comfortable, so even though it was my first time using it, I didn't feel uncomfortable or unfamiliar. Overall, good. They called back and told us in English where they would pick us up. The bus was clean and well-maintained, the driver took us 2 hours early, even though we stopped for something to eat. The trip was comfortable.
