Overall, good. They called back and told us in English where they would pick us up. The bus was clean and well-maintained, the driver took us 2 hours early, even though we stopped for something to eat. The trip was comfortable.

The bus company is very polite, the driver drives smoothly, the staff does not bother unnecessarily, customers can stay in that room wherever they book, they are not arbitrarily placed like other bus companies. A plus point for prestige is that there are many foreign visitors on the same trip to Nha Trang!

Everything inside the bus looked new and spotless. • Reliable WiFi: The onboard WiFi worked perfectly throughout the trip. • Charging options: USB and USB-C charging ports were available, which I also encountered for the first time. • Quiet and peaceful environment: They didn’t leave the lights on unnecessarily or play loud music, which made it easy to relax and sleep during the journey. • Regular restroom stops: They scheduled frequent stops, making it convenient for everyone. The Not-So-Good: • Last-minute change of pickup location: A few hours before departure, they informed me that the pickup point had been changed to a location about 30 minutes farther away. However, they compensated me with 100,000 VND, which I found fair. • Unfriendly drivers: The drivers weren’t particularly friendly or helpful, but nothing unbearable. • Overcrowded transfer in Danang: When we transferred to another bus to get to our hotel in Danang, it was overcrowded, and I ended up sitting on a plastic stool in the middle aisle, which wasn’t ideal. Overall: Despite a few minor inconveniences, I had a positive experience with this company. It’s by far the best bus service I’ve used in Vietnam. The cleanliness, comfort, and quietness made a significant difference, and I would recommend it to anyone traveling this route.

Everything is fine. The bus is on time and on schedule. The staff is generally good, no questions. The bus is good, it can be much worse. We went by bus at 19:30 Danang - Nha Trang. The blue illuminated bus looks like a spaceship of the future. Super comfortable! If possible, take the top bunks, and in the middle of the cabin (at least the second row from the drivers, because they can smoke and chat the whole trip) and at least the second row from the toilet (it may smell). We had a clean, comfortable toilet, modern leather seats, and blankets. The driver drove moderately, did not honk excessively at night and did not brake sharply. We slept well) at 4:30 we arrived at the station near Nha Trang. There everyone was asked to get out, given their things and put into a Sprinter, which went to the center of Nha Trang. Due to the fact that this nuance with the transfer was not agreed upon in advance, it naturally raised many questions from passengers. But the drivers don't speak English. They only show you with gestures where to go)) And they literally forcefully transfer you into the sprinter so that you don’t get lost)

I traveled with my wife from Saigon to Danang. Everything was fine. The bus was new and comfortable. The staff didn't speak English, so we had to use Google Translate. They showed us where toilets were and where to eat. The bus stopped 4 times within our 16-hour trip. We arrived 3 hours earlier than expected. Authentic experience :). The main problem was the company changed our pick up point. They were calling us a whole morning to inform about it but we couldn't understand Vietnamese. The manager in our hotel helped us.
