Every major holiday, we have to buy tickets directly at the ticket office, which is inconvenient for those who work or live far away. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. The bus leaves on time, the room has a bed so it feels very private. Sleep peacefully, the car runs very smoothly. The driver drove very calmly. The minus point is that when the bus driver arrives at the stops, he often doesn't announce it so the passengers don't know where to go (because the bus runs at night so the passengers sleep soundly).

The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.
