As a foreigner not understanding much Vietnamese, it's a piece of mind that you won't be left behind when you go for your toilet/ meal break. Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. The trip was very safe, although there was some difficulty with weather conditions due to the impact of a storm in the Central region. But the bus still runs on the right route and on time. It would be great if the holidays allowed customers to buy tickets online. Every major holiday, we have to buy tickets directly at the ticket office, which is inconvenient for those who work or live far away. I took the bus from Long Thanh to Can Tho, departing on time, smooth journey, polite staff, steady driver really made me feel secure and satisfied. This trip does not pick up passengers along the way so the car is comfortable.

The bus leaves on time, the room has a bed so it feels very private. Sleep peacefully, the car runs very smoothly. The driver drove very calmly. The minus point is that when the bus driver arrives at the stops, he often doesn't announce it so the passengers don't know where to go (because the bus runs at night so the passengers sleep soundly).

The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.

We left from Dalat and went to Chau Duc. Getting to the bus as foreigners was more complicated than we wanted. But the bus assistant called us and sent the location. Then he personally walked to help us. It was an interesting first time on a sleeper bus with two young children. We were uncertain when the bus would stop for a break or food. I was surprised when we stopped at midnight in Can Tho and everyone got off and ate some food. When our stop came they woke us up and made sure we were ready. Overall it was a good experience. They have a pillow and blanket on each bed and there was enough room for 1 adult and 1 child comfortably.

I was away for a day, but the garage still kept the two lower seats and the car ran fine
