The bus ran relatively on time, with a shuttle service at the Phuong Trang company office as per the booked ticket, transferring passengers to the specific address in Da Lat. The bus was clean, although the sleeping berths were a bit small. The bus company was professional, and the price was 260k VND from Saigon to Da Lat. The travel time was exactly as scheduled. The driver was professional. The experience of booking through the Vexere app was also very good; when purchasing an additional ticket, a staff member on Zalo provided support within 10 minutes. It's definitely worth choosing Phuong Trang's service and booking through the Vexere app.

The driver would make sure all of his customers are back into the bus before he takes off. As a foreigner not understanding much Vietnamese, it's a piece of mind that you won't be left behind when you go for your toilet/ meal break. I booked a car and went for the first time, the car was clean and comfortable, had a TV charging port, very private curtains. The staff had a good attitude, talked nicely, and was super clean. The price was reasonable.

The first highlight is that the car is clean, the pillows and blankets... everything is fine. The pick-up point is not the same as on the app, so guests have to move to the bus station themselves. The transfer vehicle is a 7-seat car. The transfer driver is polite and knows the way so he takes him to the gathering point on National Highway 1A quite on time.
