Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. I would definitely ride with them again! -------------- The bus is of good quality and the driver is very safe. To make the service even better, I suggest the bus company implement a clear policy regarding keeping quiet (turning off phone sounds) at night to avoid disturbing other passengers. The Vexere.com website provides clear and user-friendly instructions, making ticket purchase quite easy. — Specifically, the Bao Ngoc bus service that took us from Saigon to Da Nang had a very professional, polite, and courteous staff; they clearly guided passengers when boarding. The place where Bao Ngoc stopped for dinner was spacious, airy, and clean. The dinner consisted of 6 main dishes and a bowl of soup for a table of 8 people; there was so much food we couldn't finish it, yet it only cost 50,000 VND per person. And when we arrived in Da Nang, even though our address wasn't updated on the website, the staff still helped us call a taxi and subsidized the fare. We are very grateful and would like to recommend Bao Ngoc bus company to everyone.

Overall, good. They called back and told us in English where they would pick us up. The bus was clean and well-maintained, the driver took us 2 hours early, even though we stopped for something to eat. The trip was comfortable.

I went Hoi An > Saigon. I was cautious after reading the reviews, but it worked out okay! They have a premium bus, but the service and employees are definitely not premium. But they're very effective and competent. They have an actual office in Hoi An, which is nice. A nice shuttle took us ftom the office to the highway where we met the bus. We stopped for dinner at a cheap, good enough spot at 8:30pm. They must have sped through the night because we reached the northern part of Saigon at 6:45am (at their carwash facility?), where they loaded us on a very janky shuttle bus to transfer to the Tinh Binh office closer to downtown (not enough seats, so some people sat on plastic chairs in the cargo hold). We reached there at 7:30am -- much earlier than the 11am arrival time on the ticket. I'm 178cm and the seat was extremely comfortable; I ended up sleeping straight from 11pm until we arrived to Saigon. But three negatives: - Second shuttle bus was blatantly unsafe (see pic) - My seat was stuck in recline / couldn't sit up - Daytime driver played rock music on a high volume. Thankfully he turned off the rear speakers when asked, but be careful getting front seats. Overall I would take them again as long as it is a budget price.

The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. When a staff member reminded them to be quiet, the two elderly people scolded her. If they had given a bad review, I would have responded in kind. The staff member's reminder was very accurate. The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary. If they do, please tell them to contact me at my phone number, and I'll assist them. My number ends in 666, the trip was from the university to Nha Trang on January 16th. Oh, and the lovely female receptionists even changed my single room to a double room and added a note saying (I'm alone) in love. But sleeping alone in a double room means every time the bus turns a corner, it's a disaster! I don't travel by bus often, but it's enough to give it a 10/10.

Good experience. The staff was cheerful, polite and friendly. The arrival time was 1 hour later than expected because the car had to stop many times to load and unload goods and pick up passengers. Overall, I feel secure when using this bus company's service, and will support and recommend this bus company's service to my relatives.

The bus conductors were cheerful and enthusiastic. I was late but the bus still waited for me and didn't leave like other buses. I will support the bus company on other occasions.

I threw up all night because it was my first time traveling by bus for 17 hours. I apologize for any inconvenience. I'm so lucky to have chosen MP Bus from hundreds of bus companies. The staff were helpful, and we had a clean, comfortable journey. We even had a meal break. The biggest luxury for me was how quiet and comfortable the vehicle was, which I was very happy about. Mình tình cờ biết đến xe này tai ben xe phia nam sau khi từ chối đi xe quen vì không giữ đúng ghế mình đã đặt từ 3 ngày trước(mình say xe với có bé nên cần ghế trước, dưới). Thật ấn tượng vù nhân viên tư vấn, gửi thông tin zalo rõ ràng, chuyên nghiệp. Đi đúng giờ, xe mới toanh, sạch sẽ thơm tho, buồng rộng, đẹp, ghế có chế độ matxa bên cạnh các chức năng thông thường như nâng, hạ xuống phần đầu, chân, ổ sạc pin, ... thích view ngắm cảnh cực chill, các anh tài và lơ cũng cực dễ thương, tâm lý. 10 điểm không nhưng. Mình sẽ lưu lại để giới thiệu người nhà, bạn bè đi xe này. ưng hết sức. Giờ thấy may mắn vì cảm ơn xe kia để mình bít đến xe này

I traveled with my wife from Saigon to Danang. Everything was fine. The bus was new and comfortable. The staff didn't speak English, so we had to use Google Translate. They showed us where toilets were and where to eat. The bus stopped 4 times within our 16-hour trip. We arrived 3 hours earlier than expected. Authentic experience :). The main problem was the company changed our pick up point. They were calling us a whole morning to inform about it but we couldn't understand Vietnamese. The manager in our hotel helped us.

I trusted this bus company because it's from my hometown. The bus was clean, ran smoothly, and was on time. The bus company's hotline, shuttle service, driver, and bus attendants were all very cheerful, friendly, and enthusiastic. Thank you for giving me a safe journey ❤️

The Good: • Immaculate cleanliness: The bus was impressively clean, and they are very strict about maintaining this standard – eating is not allowed on board. It’s the first time I’ve seen such a focus on cleanliness in Vietnam. Everything inside the bus looked new and spotless. • Reliable WiFi: The onboard WiFi worked perfectly throughout the trip. • Charging options: USB and USB-C charging ports were available, which I also encountered for the first time. • Quiet and peaceful environment: They didn’t leave the lights on unnecessarily or play loud music, which made it easy to relax and sleep during the journey. • Regular restroom stops: They scheduled frequent stops, making it convenient for everyone. The Not-So-Good: • Last-minute change of pickup location: A few hours before departure, they informed me that the pickup point had been changed to a location about 30 minutes farther away. However, they compensated me with 100,000 VND, which I found fair. • Unfriendly drivers: The drivers weren’t particularly friendly or helpful, but nothing unbearable. • Overcrowded transfer in Danang: When we transferred to another bus to get to our hotel in Danang, it was overcrowded, and I ended up sitting on a plastic stool in the middle aisle, which wasn’t ideal. Overall: Despite a few minor inconveniences, I had a positive experience with this company. It’s by far the best bus service I’ve used in Vietnam. The cleanliness, comfort, and quietness made a significant difference, and I would recommend it to anyone traveling this route.
