The TN bus service from Rach Gia to Saigon was very enthusiastic, everyone. A staff member called ahead to ask where we were supposed to pick you up, and the driver even came to pick you up. The return trip was smoother and I slept better (and there's nothing to criticize about the Saigon-Rach Gia trip).

I was quite nervous when I read many comments saying the bus was late, but the bus arrived 10 minutes earlier, so it probably depends on the bus and fate. The vehicle is fully equipped with water, towels, cakes, blankets, and pillows. The bed is quite comfortable if sleeping for 1 person. Even though my lover and I are both 7-8 feet tall, quite thin, we still feel a bit tired lying down. I think this trip is ok, I still have to wait for the return trip. Regarding payment, I think I should choose online payment to get a discount, because I choose to pay when getting on the bus but in the end I still have to transfer money in advance to deposit a seat. Generally satisfied.

It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. I found the ride very comfortable and the bus company was very good. I forgot my glasses on the bus when I returned. I hope the bus company will keep them for me and return them to me.
