The driver was very punctual, had a good attitude, every time the seat was not as chosen, we sympathize with the bus company because there were elderly people so they slept in the upper bed, the driver drove safely.

I traveled with my wife from Saigon to Danang. Everything was fine. The bus was new and comfortable. The staff didn't speak English, so we had to use Google Translate. They showed us where toilets were and where to eat. The bus stopped 4 times within our 16-hour trip. We arrived 3 hours earlier than expected. Authentic experience :). The main problem was the company changed our pick up point. They were calling us a whole morning to inform about it but we couldn't understand Vietnamese. The manager in our hotel helped us.

First time riding a car but surprised by the quality. After I booked the car, someone called to confirm and told me when to be at the boarding location. When I got on the bus, the guys and bus assistants said the seat I booked was on the 2nd floor (because I booked it wrong), but my wife still let me sleep on the 1st floor. While sleeping at night, the guy woke up in a panic and I dropped the phone. phone on the floor, right in the middle of the aisle, huhu. That guy reminded me to keep my phone inside, I'm so lucky. In general, the staff's attitude and personality are very good, the car is good, there are curtains on both sides, a TV screen, wet towels, mineral water. I got in the car, took off my makeup, took care of my skin, and slept well. Especially the bed is extremely long, I'm 1m61 tall but still has a lot of room, no uncomfortable bending of the legs like other cars, overall very satisfied, really like it. I booked a ticket and saw that it was a special price to celebrate the opening, so it was very cheap, and convenient, I didn't have to travel as much as flying, just get in the car and sleep until morning to get home. hehe Thank you vexere.com and Sam Huong bus company. Here’s my honest review of my experience traveling with this company from Hanoi to Danang. The Good: • Immaculate cleanliness: The bus was impressively clean, and they are very strict about maintaining this standard – eating is not allowed on board. It’s the first time I’ve seen such a focus on cleanliness in Vietnam. Everything inside the bus looked new and spotless. • Reliable WiFi: The onboard WiFi worked perfectly throughout the trip. • Charging options: USB and USB-C charging ports were available, which I also encountered for the first time. • Quiet and peaceful environment: They didn’t leave the lights on unnecessarily or play loud music, which made it easy to relax and sleep during the journey. • Regular restroom stops: They scheduled frequent stops, making it convenient for everyone. The Not-So-Good: • Last-minute change of pickup location: A few hours before departure, they informed me that the pickup point had been changed to a location about 30 minutes farther away. However, they compensated me with 100,000 VND, which I found fair. • Unfriendly drivers: The drivers weren’t particularly friendly or helpful, but nothing unbearable. • Overcrowded transfer in Danang: When we transferred to another bus to get to our hotel in Danang, it was overcrowded, and I ended up sitting on a plastic stool in the middle aisle, which wasn’t ideal. Overall: Despite a few minor inconveniences, I had a positive experience with this company. It’s by far the best bus service I’ve used in Vietnam. The cleanliness, comfort, and quietness made a significant difference, and I would recommend it to anyone traveling this route.

The car ran extremely smoothly. The service staff was very friendly and enthusiastic in assisting passengers whenever needed. Although the bed position was a bit wrong when I booked through VXR, I still accepted the change.

It’s clean and just like new one. Travelled from Hue to Hanoi with VIP cabin. The price is totally reasonable! It’s very comfortable and you can totally lay down to sleep. I think they are better than other companies. The company also offered the free shuttle bus service from the hotel to the bus station!!!! The only thing is that the communication for the shuttle bus service can be more effective. E.g. From the app it said pick up should be around 6, then updated pick up info (pick up at 730) from company via email at 720. At last, the shuttle came at 8. It’s a little scary and worry for those who had no experience with it. *May be it’s better to go to there company’s bus station to manage all the booking! The staffs are always helpful too!!!

The first time I rode in a car, I was very satisfied. The driver was very enthusiastic, even though there was traffic and he was a bit late. The car picked me up at the door, the driver drove steadily. The car was also very new. I will ride in his car for a long time.

This was the first time I drove a long distance but felt like a short one, the car drove as smooth as a Samsung and the seat was like a cool, air-conditioned bed. Initially, the car had a problem and the driver reported being late, but he handled it and came to pick us up as scheduled on the system. The driver, Van Si, was so funny and enthusiastic that despite the wind and rain, he transported us safely to our destination. 5⭐️ for driver Van Si and the garage. Next time, I hope to have the chance to meet you again.

I want to leave a review about the transportation company. I was worried because of some reviews, but the trip turned out to be very comfortable. The staff were very attentive: they escorted me to my seat, helped load my luggage, and even helped pack my shoes. The only thing is that the bus arrived an hour before departure, same as I did, so I don’t know what would have happened if I had come at the time indicated on the ticket. Overall, I was very satisfied with the trip and I’m glad I chose this company.

Taking this bus, I found the service to be good, the driver was safe, the car was quieter than other cars, the bus driver was very thoughtful and reminded me to go to bed early 🤣 10/10, the shuttle bus was also very enthusiastic, wait and carried our luggage for us, the driver also waited for me to finish going to the bathroom before leaving, not in a hurry to scold passengers like other cars, so let's go to mn, the cabin is also very spacious, people of 8 and 9 can sleep comfortably. It's not a PR but it's very good, because I've taken a different car than HN-DN, so that's how I see it

Bus quite nice, but didnt have pillow, didnt get assigned seats, and was more than 1 hour late, but that didbt matter because of good driving, nice staff, and quiet atmosphere to sleep! Overall happy as i was able to sleep well!

The bus wasnt the most comfortable but the charging ports worked and the cleanliness was acceptable. The drivers though, they were incredibly friendly and accomodating, when we arrived in the morning in hanoi for a stop they even took me to breakfast and refused to let me pay my share. Absolutely loved the boys and even took pictures with one of them.
