Going on the 4th so it wasn't too crowded, it was ok so book a 24-seat limousine for more space.

The service attitude was excellent. As soon as I booked the ticket, the staff called to confirm, I changed the route and got 10,000 back right at the station. The best thing was the driver picked me up from Tan Son Nhat airport to 508 Kinh Duong Vuong to get on the bus, it was pouring rain in Saigon but he still picked me up on time, drove very carefully. First time riding Hai Luan bus, I went from Buon Ho to SG, the driver and bus assistant were lovely. The car doesn't smell like some cars I've driven in the past. It's arranged in the correct location and returned to the right place where the customer registered. I hope the garage is always reputable and enthusiastic to have more customers

We went by bus at 19:30 Danang - Nha Trang. The blue illuminated bus looks like a spaceship of the future. Super comfortable! If possible, take the top bunks, and in the middle of the cabin (at least the second row from the drivers, because they can smoke and chat the whole trip) and at least the second row from the toilet (it may smell). We had a clean, comfortable toilet, modern leather seats, and blankets. The driver drove moderately, did not honk excessively at night and did not brake sharply. We slept well) at 4:30 we arrived at the station near Nha Trang. There everyone was asked to get out, given their things and put into a Sprinter, which went to the center of Nha Trang. Due to the fact that this nuance with the transfer was not agreed upon in advance, it naturally raised many questions from passengers. But the drivers don't speak English. They only show you with gestures where to go)) And they literally forcefully transfer you into the sprinter so that you don’t get lost)

The bus company is very polite, the driver drives smoothly, the staff does not bother unnecessarily, customers can stay in that room wherever they book, they are not arbitrarily placed like other bus companies. A plus point for prestige is that there are many foreign visitors on the same trip to Nha Trang!

The car is comfortable, convenient, has a type C charging port for iPhone, the air conditioner is very cool and the car is equipped with blankets and mineral water. The driver and the bus conductor are friendly and pleasant. The bus picks up a bit later than the time on the app, so if you are afraid of missing your flight, you should book an earlier trip to avoid delays. I recommend everyone to try this car once.
