First time experiencing Nam Quynh Anh's VIP sleeper bus and found it very good. Super spacious bed, fully equipped. What I can't do without is the battery charger and the wifi is very complete. The car supports door-to-door pick-up by shuttle bus, so it is very convenient. After booking tickets, everyone should call the bus company to register for a transfer to Vinh.

Shuttle buses within Hanoi/Vinh should add more pick-up/drop-off location options on the Vexere APP. I was the one who called to request additional information when booking tickets in Vinh city. Driving so fast, starting at 11:30 from Bac Nghen and arriving at 27 Nguyen Hoang at 4:20. If you adjust the speed, the arrival time is about 6:00 which is great

The bus company is friendly, enthusiastic, and leaves on time. Modern and clean facilities. However, we have to transfer twice so it takes a little more time.

The garage has a very good and professional service attitude. I was quite surprised because the pillows and blankets were all wrapped in clean plastic before guests got on the bus. Will continue to support this company if given the opportunity

We were a little worried about the trip because we read the reviews, but everything went great. The drivers changed throughout the trip and drove very carefully. The road was smooth, there was no shaking. We made enough stops to use the restroom and stopped for dinner. In general, the seats may be a little short for people taller than 180 cm, but that’s not a big deal. We enjoyed the trip.
