Thank you so much. If you want to use the cabin bus from Phu My Hung to Da Lat, use here. I had a hard time understanding him because he had a Vietnamese accent, but I could easily communicate in English! The office called me an hour before boarding the bus, and even though I had to transfer several times because I didn't arrive on time, they kindly accepted me. If you take a shuttle (van) at the main gate, it will take you to the meeting point. Since you are in a hurry, cut off the ticket first and hand it over. Although the driver or conductor does not speak English, they will let you know when you get to the drop-off point. There is also a shuttle, so you can ignore it if Grab is in operation, and the shuttle driver will also kindly inform you with gestures, so all you have to do is show the hotel address. I really appreciate everything. If you go to DaLat from PhuMyHung, you just book a bus here. Office worker can speak English little bit. And they called me before 1 hour ago to take the bus. I just waited in LotteMart Dist 7 Main Gate, took the shuttle(silver Mini Van) and they dropped me off hub. Just a few minutes later, I could take the bus to DaLat. The officer brought tickets and helped everything. They are so kindly, friendly. The bus driver and sub driver(?) can't say English, but the point is not the problem. They tried to help me always. When I arrived DaLat, I met taxi driver. So I asked anyone, can I use shuttle. They have shuttle service, that's why I just ignored taxi driver. I just showed hotel address, kindly shuttle driver dropped me off right place. I really appreciate everything. I hope to see you again.

I have motion sickness but it is very comfortable, I can read books the whole trip. - Departed on time and I arrived at Chu Van An wharf at 7:30 p.m., not too late for me. 2. Disadvantages: - Only transfer to Da Lat bus station within a radius of 5km, I live a bit far so I have to go to the station myself. - At first I thought there was a transfer to Ma Lo, but the bus company apologized and informed me that it could only stop at Chu Van An. If I can return to Ma Lo, it will be very convenient for me. Because the car is so cute, everyone on the bus is so cute to meet, so my trip yesterday was very ok. I hope the bus company can maintain its form like this, don't let it go downhill.

This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. When a staff member reminded them to be quiet, the two elderly people scolded her. If they had given a bad review, I would have responded in kind. The staff member's reminder was very accurate. I was picked up at my hotel 1.5 hrs earlier than planned but was asked early in the morning if I was able to make the trip earlier. It was pleasant to make it to my destination sooner than anticipated. The driver was very attentive and punctual. He didn’t speak much English but we understood each other great through google translator. The bus was quite comfortable, clean, had covered windows for easy rest, provided blankets and water. The driver had not problem in making small detours to drop off people at their destinations as we were all close to the drop off points. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I definitely recommend this company.

Currently there are only double beds, reading reviews, I see that people rate the bed poorly, the driver's attitude and having to wait for slow transfers or refusing to transfer to the hotel requested by the customer. It sounds a bit hesitant, but I still decided to try it again. First, the bus ticket is cheaper than other Limousine companies and also has a discount code. After booking, the staff calls to confirm immediately and the app/email is very updated. regularly, in detail. On the day of departure, NV called back to set a specific time. The car's GPS worked very well, helping me arrive close to time without having to wait long. The trip departed 30 minutes earlier than expected. The room is clean and fully furnished, cakes, mineral water, cold towels and blankets as advertised, the massage machine works well. The room for 2 people with a weight of about 120kg fits well, not too wide, anyone who is bigger probably won't be comfortable. That's it. The driver and assistant spoke very kindly. Ask me where to transfer to. There is a one-time stop for guests to use the restroom. At 5:30, we arrived in Dalat. Even though it was just an empty lot, there were already several shuttle buses waiting, so we didn't have to wait long, each carrying a few groups of passengers going in one direction. Where I live about 5-6km away, I still enthusiastically brought them to me. However, the shuttle bus was so terrible, it felt like a roller coaster 😅. In short, it was a very satisfying experience. Great experience. The bus station is near home, convenient to go & return. The bus departs on time, the driver is polite, helps arrange luggage, the bus staff works professionally, takes good care of customers, supports luggage from the bus to the customer. The minus point is that the engine is a little noisy, but other bus companies have louder engines. This is okay. The driver drives very carefully & safely. No weaving, No fighting for the road, No reckless overtaking, less bumpy. No nervousness & fear like when using Phuong Trang bus. We are very happy to give the car 5***** 👍👍👍👍
