This was my first time using Bao Ngoc bus and I have to say the experience was better than I expected. The bus arrived on time, the driver drove smoothly and was very polite. The bus was clean, airy, and the beds were comfortable, so even though it was my first time using it, I didn't feel uncomfortable or unfamiliar. The staff were enthusiastic in supporting me from the time I booked the ticket to when I arranged my luggage, making me feel very secure.
