All service experiences were good, each car picked up earlier than scheduled on the app (probably due to holidays and had been notified in advance but still a bit stuck on the pre-arranged schedule), enthusiastic and polite staff! Still 5 stars!

Driving this car is very reassuring because it drives quite carefully, unlike some other cars, every time I open my eyes I feel like I'm flying. The assistant in the car is nice and friendly, but the bus company should clearly tell the customer how to get to the parking area. My family has 2 small children carrying bags under their arms, but I was turned around and walking to the parking lot, my feet were bleeding 🥲 I have 10 diapers left.

The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.

Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. I will definitely use their service again if I have the chance, but I won't buy tickets through the cheap bus app again because it hides the behavior of the Dalat bus company on my previous trip. My 1-star review was rejected with the reason "the bus company has already handled the issue with the customer," even though I am the customer and my experience says it has been handled. Who handled it?? I don't know, so I still bought tickets this time. After this, my entire company will permanently delete the cheap bus app because of this terrible handling. We will also write reviews on various platforms about my experience with both Dalat and the cheap bus company. Thank you.

Very good experience with Việt Tân Phát bus to travel between Sài Gòn and Mang Đen, the seat / bed are really comfortable and suitable for tall guys, it is worth paying a little more (compared to other bus lines) for such a long trip. I will certainly use it again later.

Due to the nature of my job, I frequently travel back and forth between Saigon and Dak Lak. Since using Nhat Anh buses, I've found it very comfortable. The ride is smooth, I sleep well, and wake up feeling refreshed for work. I've heard many people say the bus attendants smoke a lot, and I've noticed they do smoke, but they keep the smoke away from the exhaust vents to avoid affecting other passengers. Since they work late, I understand their behavior. Everything else about the bus company is great, and I will continue to use their services.

The bus usually departs about an hour later than shown on the app, it's clean, and the bus attendant is lovely.

I booked a cheap ticket thanks to the bus company. I took the route from Duc Long bus station to Mien Dong bus station, everything was good. The new bus was clean, the seats were very good, I didn't have body aches like some other buses, I arrived in Saigon feeling fine. If you get off the bus along the way, pay attention and it will be fine.

The bus company has been recently updated, so it's very clean. They even have TVs, which brings back nostalgic memories of going to Saigon with my parents when I was a child. The charging sockets have also been updated so they work with all phones. The drivers are polite and friendly, so you can rest assured. The price is also reasonable. Overall, it's great. If you need transportation to Pleiku, ask the drivers to drop you off at Bay Lang bus station – it's right in the city center, so you can get off and have breakfast! 10/10
