Good experience. The staff was cheerful, polite and friendly. The arrival time was 1 hour later than expected because the car had to stop many times to load and unload goods and pick up passengers. Overall, I feel secure when using this bus company's service, and will support and recommend this bus company's service to my relatives.

Honestly, I'd read the previous reviews and we were a little worried. But it was the best bus trip we've ever taken. The bus left and arrived on time, the drivers were friendly, the ride was okay (although still bumpy, but that's Vietnam for you ^^), and the seats were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised.

79-05527 Thank you so much to the bus driver. I'm a Korean who doesn't know anything, but I kept asking on Google Maps "Are you sure you're going here?" and asking strange questions like "Can you take me to our hotel?" But the driver took care of everything. Originally, I arrived at 2:30 a.m., and I was informed at that time, but the driver told me to sleep more, waited at the gas station, and even picked me up at the hotel by limousine bus in the morning. I looked so stupid that I think the driver helped me. If the driver wasn't there, I'm still thinking about that story because it must have been dangerous.. Thank you so much.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ FIRST-TIME REVIEW OF PHUONG AN BUS COMPANY 🚌❤️ 🌧️ It was raining heavily, but Phuong An still provided excellent service that day! My first time booking a ticket and experiencing Phuong An was truly beyond expectations. The sleeper berths were spacious, the space was comfortable, and it felt much larger than many other bus companies I've traveled with. The ride was smooth, and the journey was pleasant and comfortable. But what impressed me most was the incredibly dedicated and attentive service from the staff. From their work ethic to their care and support for passengers, everything was very professional. Even in rainy weather or unfavorable conditions, their dedication to service made customers feel secure and valued. ❤️ I have to say, this experience was truly VIP, from the sleeper berths to the service, and the staff were even more VIP! 😂🥰 A comfortable trip, thoughtful service, and a truly worthwhile experience. Sometimes, what makes me remember a bus company isn't just the smooth ride, but also the way I was taken care of throughout the journey. And so, Phương An is now +5 loyal customers from today! ❤️🚌 Wishing the bus company always maintains its quality, professionalism, and dedication in every trip. See you again on future journeys with Phương An! 🥰✨

The car is comfortable, convenient, has a type C charging port for iPhone, the air conditioner is very cool and the car is equipped with blankets and mineral water. The driver and the bus conductor are friendly and pleasant. The bus picks up a bit later than the time on the app, so if you are afraid of missing your flight, you should book an earlier trip to avoid delays. I recommend everyone to try this car once.

The car runs smoothly. My suggestion is that we should call the customer on the same day to inform them of the trip so they can feel secure. The customer service staff who book tickets via the bus company's phone number should talk politely to bring convenience. feel for customers

Cheap cars and friendly drivers

For first-timers taking the ride, the tour bus comes ON the ferry together with you and your luggage to phu quoc. They’ll give you your ferry tickets on site.

I am very satisfied with the service policy of Phuong Anh bus company.

Comes with 1 bottle of Number 1 drink, 1 can of bird's nest drink, 2 wet towels. Quality 👌

I have used this sleep bus twice for traveling from Nha Trang to Can Tho. Overall, it is one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. One important thing to mention is that there is no toilet on board, which can be uncomfortable on such a long overnight route. However, when there are regular stops, the trip can still be quite comfortable. My most recent trip (yesterday) was very good. Even though the bus was delayed by about one hour, the company informed me in advance, so it was not a problem for me. The bus was comfortable, with blankets and two pillows, and the drivers were polite and friendly. There were rest stops around 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM, which made the journey much more comfortable. At the final stop, they even provided toothbrushes, which was a nice touch. On my previous trip last week, there were no night stops until around 8:00 AM, which was quite uncomfortable. It seems that the schedule depends on the drivers, and I really hope the stops will be more consistent in the future. Overall, I am satisfied and will continue using this sleep bus company for my business trips, as it is still one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. I really hope that in the future the drivers will make regular stops as scheduled, especially since I am planning to take this route again next week.

Tu Tien provided a very good, safe and comfortable service. The information given about where the bus was and the calls from the staff on the bus before pick up proved to be invaluable. The bus was very clean, the bed comfortable with lighting options and a very well located USB connection. The staff were very polite and the bus arrived at the destination ahead of schedule. Thank you
