The bus conductors were cheerful and enthusiastic. I was late but the bus still waited for me and didn't leave like other buses. I will support the bus company on other occasions.

Overall, good. They called back and told us in English where they would pick us up. The bus was clean and well-maintained, the driver took us 2 hours early, even though we stopped for something to eat. The trip was comfortable.

It is very difficult for foreigners to understand the location of the bus terminal and where the buses come from. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. The Not-So-Good: • Last-minute change of pickup location: A few hours before departure, they informed me that the pickup point had been changed to a location about 30 minutes farther away. However, they compensated me with 100,000 VND, which I found fair. • Unfriendly drivers: The drivers weren’t particularly friendly or helpful, but nothing unbearable. • Overcrowded transfer in Danang: When we transferred to another bus to get to our hotel in Danang, it was overcrowded, and I ended up sitting on a plastic stool in the middle aisle, which wasn’t ideal. Overall: Despite a few minor inconveniences, I had a positive experience with this company. It’s by far the best bus service I’ve used in Vietnam. The cleanliness, comfort, and quietness made a significant difference, and I would recommend it to anyone traveling this route.
