79-05527 Thank you so much to the bus driver. I'm a Korean who doesn't know anything, but I kept asking on Google Maps "Are you sure you're going here?" and asking strange questions like "Can you take me to our hotel?" But the driver took care of everything. Originally, I arrived at 2:30 a.m., and I was informed at that time, but the driver told me to sleep more, waited at the gas station, and even picked me up at the hotel by limousine bus in the morning. I looked so stupid that I think the driver helped me. If the driver wasn't there, I'm still thinking about that story because it must have been dangerous.. Thank you so much.. If you don't know how to do it, let's see how it works Google Maps, "B What's wrong with you?" What is wrong with you?” It's 2:30 and I'm talking about it.

Good experience. The staff was cheerful, polite and friendly. The arrival time was 1 hour later than expected because the car had to stop many times to load and unload goods and pick up passengers. Overall, I feel secure when using this bus company's service, and will support and recommend this bus company's service to my relatives.

Honestly, I'd read the previous reviews and we were a little worried. But it was the best bus trip we've ever taken. The bus left and arrived on time, the drivers were friendly, the ride was okay (although still bumpy, but that's Vietnam for you ^^), and the seats were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised.

Everything was okay, the bus conductor on my trip was very enthusiastic. I have a few suggestions for improvement: 1. Expand the number of pick-up and drop-off points. 2. Check that all passengers are on board before departure. 3. When passengers get off at stops, the conductor could speak loudly (during the day) and gently remind passengers at night (as passengers might be asleep and it would be better to avoid disturbing others). My experience was great! But I only traveled during the day! I hope the bus company continues to improve!

I saw this new bus company and decided to try it out. Initially, I didn't have high expectations because the discounted fare was so low. However, I had a great experience, especially with their customer service. The waiting area was clean and fragrant, and the restrooms were particularly spotless. There was even a lady cleaning the windows when I arrived. I will definitely support this bus company again on my next trip.

The car is clean, on time, the driver is happy, enthusiastic, and very traffic-savvy. When returning from Mui Ne to BH, I was stuck in traffic at Trang Bom for an hour and couldn't move, so I was late compared to schedule, but I had to accept it because no one wanted it and it was unavoidable during Tet - peak season. This. The garage is very good in that the prices on weekdays and holidays do not change. It's worth experiencing for everyone

The car is comfortable, convenient, has a type C charging port for iPhone, the air conditioner is very cool and the car is equipped with blankets and mineral water. The driver and the bus conductor are friendly and pleasant. The bus picks up a bit later than the time on the app, so if you are afraid of missing your flight, you should book an earlier trip to avoid delays. I recommend everyone to try this car once.

I am very satisfied with the service policy of Phuong Anh bus company.

Cheap cars and friendly drivers

Comes with 1 bottle of Number 1 drink, 1 can of bird's nest drink, 2 wet towels. Quality 👌

I have used this sleep bus twice for traveling from Nha Trang to Can Tho. Overall, it is one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. One important thing to mention is that there is no toilet on board, which can be uncomfortable on such a long overnight route. However, when there are regular stops, the trip can still be quite comfortable. My most recent trip (yesterday) was very good. Even though the bus was delayed by about one hour, the company informed me in advance, so it was not a problem for me. The bus was comfortable, with blankets and two pillows, and the drivers were polite and friendly. There were rest stops around 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM, which made the journey much more comfortable. At the final stop, they even provided toothbrushes, which was a nice touch. On my previous trip last week, there were no night stops until around 8:00 AM, which was quite uncomfortable. It seems that the schedule depends on the drivers, and I really hope the stops will be more consistent in the future. Overall, I am satisfied and will continue using this sleep bus company for my business trips, as it is still one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. I really hope that in the future the drivers will make regular stops as scheduled, especially since I am planning to take this route again next week.

First time taking the Binh Thuan-Ben Cat route and choosing the TT bus due to the suitable running time. Seeing a 1* review leaving customers at the wharf roundabout, not picking up customers... I was a bit hesitant but had no choice. The car has no navigation but runs on time, only a few minutes off. Drivers and car assistants are friendly and drop passengers off at the door. The car is clean and modern, but the air conditioner is missing, so the air is cold. 10 points for the quality. Will go again if given the chance.
