Unfortunately, we couldn't use the seats we had booked (in the front) because we wanted our 3-year-old son to sit on our lap (free of charge), which wasn't allowed for safety reasons. We were then easily assigned other seats. These were very comfortable (unfortunately, there are no seatbelts, except in the very front). We booked tickets without paying for the Nha Trang-Da Nang journey (which is very convenient if you don't have a foreign card to pay with). I always choose Hoa Thuan Anh buses for my trip from Cam Ranh to Ho Chi Minh City. I've used them many times since 2014. I've traveled with many other bus companies, but I find Hoa Thuan Anh buses very smooth, even on bumpy roads. They're much smoother than other buses. The buses are clean, and there's no unpleasant smell. For example, I always have to wear a mask when boarding other buses, but with Hoa Thuan Anh, I don't need to. I've never heard any of the drivers yell at or scold passengers.

Everything was great, except for the incredible speed. I went to bed at 1 a.m., and the GPS said it was a 6.5-hour drive to Nha Trang. We arrived at 4:30, meaning it took 3.5 hours instead of 6.5 👀 . It seemed fine, but it was scary when the oncoming buses flew by so fast I barely noticed them. The restroom was spotless, the service was excellent. Overall, it was a great experience. By the way, the journey to Ho Chi Minh City wasn't that fast. But the journey back was. The bedding was clean, and I slept well ❤️

My family rode bus number 28020. Pros: The bus was clean and new; the upper deck was very comfortable (my biggest fear with other buses is motion sickness, but this one didn't), and the Nha Trang - Cam Ranh and Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet highways had beautiful scenery. Cons: Stops to pick up passengers and load/unload goods took a bit long. During holidays, most major bus companies sell out completely, so luckily this company had a convenient schedule. Second 45-minute trip with Han Café (Saigon-Mui Ne in a "Limousine sleeping bus" - cabins - and Phan Rang-Mui Ne in a "standard sleeper bus") and we were just as satisfied as before. The driving was exemplary, the staff incredibly attentive (they checked that everything was alright in your seat, were always smiling, and provided a warm welcome and helpful information at the pick-up point). The bus was clean and comfortable, and the communication was impeccable (they sent us a WhatsApp message to remind us of our trip and the pick-up point). The pick-up point in Phan Rang was comfortable (clean restrooms, drinks available for purchase, and excellent boarding). They even arranged a drop-off point for us because we had gone to the wrong location. Their "standard sleeper buses" are still perfectly comfortable and include several convenient stops. Compared to another so-called "VIP cabin" company where I thought I was going to die (dangerous and uncomfortable driving for passengers, poorly maintained buses, and extremely unfriendly staff), I highly recommend Han Café. I wasn't able to try their overnight trips, as they were full, probably because they're in high demand! Don't hesitate! 👍
