This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. I wanted to see what it was really like so I tried it once. Maybe I'm lucky, I haven't encountered any bad things. However, the trip will be more complete if the driver is enthusiastic and responsible and does not talk too much on the phone or make noise during the first stretch of the road. Driving this car is very reassuring because it drives quite carefully, unlike some other cars, every time I open my eyes I feel like I'm flying. The assistant in the car is nice and friendly, but the bus company should clearly tell the customer how to get to the parking area. My family has 2 small children carrying bags under their arms, but I was turned around and walking to the parking lot, my feet were bleeding 🥲 I have 10 diapers left.

Before now, I only took Thu Ky bus. Once, the bus went so fast that it gave me a headache. Once, the driver smoked on the bus while driving -)))) I couldn't breathe. First time booking tickets on VEXERE and quite surprised when everything was arranged properly when boarding the bus. Everything was fine, right on time, right place, good driver and assistant, quite comfortable bed, filtered water available on the tray,... just a shame there was no place to charge the battery. First time using the University bus company. I think the pick-up and drop-off process is not very scientific, I see many people have to take the bus to the big bus stop to wait. The sleeping cabin is a bit short for me (I'm 175cm tall) but it's still OK to sleep with my legs stretched out. Clean, tidy, and plenty of drinking water. I got a 50% discount on the ticket so I'm super happy.
