First time booking tickets on VEXERE and quite surprised when everything was arranged properly when boarding the bus. Everything was fine, right on time, right place, good driver and assistant, quite comfortable bed, filtered water available on the tray,... just a shame there was no place to charge the battery. But that's fine too!

First time riding Hai Luan bus, I went from Buon Ho to SG, the driver and bus assistant were lovely. The car doesn't smell like some cars I've driven in the past. It's arranged in the correct location and returned to the right place where the customer registered. I hope the garage is always reputable and enthusiastic to have more customers

I drive a 34-seat car. The car runs quite on time, is clean, and has no unpleasant odors. Polite staff. For the trip from BMT to SG, there is no pick-up point in the city center, you have to go to the ring road yourself.

The bus company is ok and picks you up on time. However, the drivers and drivers neglected to fix the problem of restricting smoking in the car, which was ok. Because not all passengers are comfortable with the smell of smoking. I've been a passenger in many bus companies that are private, but please follow the way Phuong Trang Busline operates, from the switchboard to the rules... Even if the ticket is more expensive, it's still acceptable..

The garage is new but very enthusiastic and thoughtful. I will continue to support. I have new options when traveling on the Eakar - SG route. I hope the garage will grow and become known to many customers and always improve service quality.

Xe Xe is very thoughtful, enthusiastic and friendly. 1. Pick up and drop off passengers on time 2. Drive safely and smoothly (don't lose traffic safety like other bus companies) 3. Always check all passengers and luggage every time you pick up and drop off passengers. 4. Especially in addition to bedding and other amenities, Hieu Khanh bus also has a pillow. 5. Most especially, passengers are also given a can of chilled bird's nest drink. Ok That's great, I will continue to book bus tickets for my next trips. Probably the best if you haven’t tried it yet. Over past 7 years I have tried almost all the bus providers to Dalat. This one stands out. Seats are comfy,wide & even though the sleeper buses might not appeal to people over 178cm but since the seats are wide, you can still get a comfortable sleeping. Blankets were good & pillows are also good. Going back with this company if I need to go to Dalat again.
