The first time I used the garage service, I found it quite ok, the bed was spacious, the car ran faster than expected even though the car was 15 minutes late to pick me up, the bus assistant assisted at the drop-off point and gave quite detailed instructions. Overall it's ok.

To say that there are many routes that run safely and have private rooms, probably only kumho has them. But the car is running a bit slow. I heard the driver (now too old to transfer to the bus station) say that it's not like racing like other cars, so it's slow, partly because it hurts the car. . First time riding Hai Luan bus, I went from Buon Ho to SG, the driver and bus assistant were lovely. The car doesn't smell like some cars I've driven in the past. I was quite nervous when I read many comments saying the bus was late, but the bus arrived 10 minutes earlier, so it probably depends on the bus and fate. The vehicle is fully equipped with water, towels, cakes, blankets, and pillows. The bed is quite comfortable if sleeping for 1 person. Even though my lover and I are both 7-8 feet tall, quite thin, we still feel a bit tired lying down. I think this trip is ok, I still have to wait for the return trip. Regarding payment, I think I should choose online payment to get a discount, because I choose to pay when getting on the bus but in the end I still have to transfer money in advance to deposit a seat. Generally satisfied.
