The driver drove quite smoothly, but every time he talked on the phone it was quite loud, causing me to wake up in the fog about 2-3 times during the trip but still slept well (luckily I'm fat so I easily wake up and fall asleep). The garage should install a curtain or plastic screen to separate the passenger from the driver, with shelters for both sides. In general, I am very sympathetic to this bus company, so if I go anywhere in Ha Long, I still choose to return to this bus company.

I think the car company could have more assistant drivers in all vehicles to help reduce driver fatigue, find more assistant drivers who can speak English, or open tutoring classes to teach English communication for long-distance drivers. . Because I personally see many foreign tourists on trips to tourist areas like this, but they cannot communicate with the driver, so no matter how enthusiastic the driver and assistant are, it is not certain that they will understand or not.
