The car arrived on time, the driver and staff were enthusiastic. The car was cool, no smell, the ride was comfortable, there was a toilet and a phone charger. Very ok

Driving so fast, starting at 11:30 from Bac Nghen and arriving at 27 Nguyen Hoang at 4:20. If you adjust the speed, the arrival time is about 6:00 which is great

The car ran extremely smoothly. The service staff was very friendly and enthusiastic in assisting passengers whenever needed. Although the bed position was a bit wrong when I booked through VXR, I still accepted the change.

The informations about pick up locations etc are a little approximative, I asked Vexere where we could get to the big bus directly and at the end the location was still a mini van pick up that brought us to the bus but that is not a big deal. We left on time from Hanoi but made a very long break at the airport to wait some passengers I guess and arrived only 30 minutes late in Sa Pa so very good. There is no WC in the bus so think about it but you’ll do two 30min breaks in freeway area (3k dong to use the bathroom and they are very clean) and will also be able to buy a lot of different snacks and food. Very confortable seats ! Keep in mind that sometimes the quality of the roads is not that good so it can be very shaky. We booked the top 2 seats at the very back of the bus and you can feel the bus vibrating a lot, the lower seats just before these seats were much more confortable and we were able to use them as they were empty. Overall a very good journey :)

⭐ 4.5/5 Thanks to the Vexere app, I had a pretty good trip with HK Buslines. The bus was luxurious with a private cabin for each passenger, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Vexere’s hotline worked efficiently and showed responsibility toward customers. Cons: -0.5 star because the booking process on the app is too quick, making it easy to select the wrong step and impossible to go back, which could result in service cancellation. -0.5 star because drop-off is only at the company’s representative office, not at my home :) Pros: The bus departed and arrived on time. Pick-up was exactly at the registered location. Professional and helpful staff. Overall, I rate 4.5 stars for both the Vexere app and HK Buslines. Bus quite nice, but didnt have pillow, didnt get assigned seats, and was more than 1 hour late, but that didbt matter because of good driving, nice staff, and quiet atmosphere to sleep! Overall happy as i was able to sleep well!

It is very difficult for foreigners to understand the location of the bus terminal and where the buses come from. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. The service was normal, but anyway I slept better than in a hotel because I was so comfortable. It would be nice if the horns were less loud. But I enjoyed it so I give it full marks. We were a little worried about the trip because we read the reviews, but everything went great. The drivers changed throughout the trip and drove very carefully. The road was smooth, there was no shaking. We made enough stops to use the restroom and stopped for dinner. In general, the seats may be a little short for people taller than 180 cm, but that’s not a big deal. We enjoyed the trip.
