I was quite nervous when I read many comments saying the bus was late, but the bus arrived 10 minutes earlier, so it probably depends on the bus and fate. The vehicle is fully equipped with water, towels, cakes, blankets, and pillows. The bed is quite comfortable if sleeping for 1 person. Even though my lover and I are both 7-8 feet tall, quite thin, we still feel a bit tired lying down. I think this trip is ok, I still have to wait for the return trip. Regarding payment, I think I should choose online payment to get a discount, because I choose to pay when getting on the bus but in the end I still have to transfer money in advance to deposit a seat. This is the third time I have taken the bus. But this time I had the best experience compared to the previous two times. The bus is new and especially the bus attendants are enthusiastic and supportive. It seems that the bus service is getting better and better.

We slept well) at 4:30 we arrived at the station near Nha Trang. There everyone was asked to get out, given their things and put into a Sprinter, which went to the center of Nha Trang. Due to the fact that this nuance with the transfer was not agreed upon in advance, it naturally raised many questions from passengers. But the drivers don't speak English. They only show you with gestures where to go)) And they literally forcefully transfer you into the sprinter so that you don’t get lost)

I found the ride very comfortable and the bus company was very good. I forgot my glasses on the bus when I returned. I hope the bus company will keep them for me and return them to me.

The bus conductors were cheerful and enthusiastic. I was late but the bus still waited for me and didn't leave like other buses. I will support the bus company on other occasions.
