My family has traveled with g5 bus company several times. In general, the car is clean, comfortable, runs on time and picks up and drops off passengers properly. However, on the last trip, July 19, SG-BT and July 29, BT-SG, I was really worried and weak-hearted with the driver. I don't know if it was luck or unlucky that I met him every round trip. It's disgusting that you're driving and honking your horn to pass other cars. You're driving at that speed but you're also calling and sending text messages. Luckily, everyone finally came to say it was safe. Thank God

The car is clean and runs on time. The day I went there were only 3 guests so it was very comfortable. The car runs super fast. From Mui Ne to SG, it takes exactly 3 hours (including 20 minutes at the stop), so awesome 🤣. At first, when I booked the ticket, I was a bit confused because I saw little feedback and didn't get a call from the bus company to confirm. Here, you only need to call 30 minutes before the bus departs. The rest of the information can be viewed on the app and email. Suggestion to the bus company is to call to confirm with the customer after the customer books a ticket and pays successfully.

I booked a car from Dalat to Saigon! The driver is young, very cheerful and enthusiastic. He drives very carefully. I am a person who suffers from motion sickness, but the car ran very smoothly and had modern equipment, so throughout the trip I had no symptoms of motion sickness or fatigue. 👍 The customer service department guides and supports customers very thoughtfully and warmly. The driver is extremely cute & sophisticated. My baby woke up whining a bit, so the driver proactively Cocomelon stopped the whining. I went on Monday, the bus was empty so the driver helped me take me home, very enthusiastic 👍

Good. The initial concern was that the price of the car was higher than other car companies, but the experience was very good. The car is wider and more comfortable than other Limousines I have ever driven. Clean and the driver drives carefully. So okay, worth the cost.
