I rarely ride a car, but this is the first time I've seen a garage where everyone is so enthusiastic ☺️. From the car company owner to the driver. The driver is very thoughtful and enthusiastic, he pays attention to every passenger and tries his best to make the trip fun for everyone. Yesterday was a weekend so it was very crowded, traffic jams made cars late, there was only the driver from Az, there was no assistant so everyone was tired, but I saw the driver still trying to make everyone feel comfortable. as happy as possible. I think the car company could have more assistant drivers in all vehicles to help reduce driver fatigue, find more assistant drivers who can speak English, or open tutoring classes to teach English communication for long-distance drivers. . Because I personally see many foreign tourists on trips to tourist areas like this, but they cannot communicate with the driver, so no matter how enthusiastic the driver and assistant are, it is not certain that they will understand or not. Have a fun experience in the car.

The bus ride was very comfortable. I saw the guys riding day and night without getting enough sleep, which was bad for their health, but they were still enthusiastic and cheerful during the trip. They encountered all sorts of situations. The day we went, it rained and saw electric poles falling and blocking them. The drivers worked together to temporarily build a car to pass by but found this job so miserable 🤣 I hope the driver raises their salary to have more motivation haha

At 22:00, I took the Single Cabin (2nd floor) from Hanoi directly to Sapa without going through Lao Cai. 1. I changed my reservation time over the phone 3 days before using the bus. Communication was possible in English and changing the time was also easy. If you arrive 10 minutes before the bus departure time, you can comfortably receive a paper ticket. ++ 2. They say the bus sometimes comes late, but it came on time. 3. The facility was clean and odorless. I used the 2nd floor, and although the 1st floor has a slightly higher ceiling, I definitely recommend the 2nd floor because it is twice as expensive. + 4. The seat did not fully recline, but only went to about 160 degrees (there is space behind the seat back to place shoes, etc.). The length is not generous, so if you are taller than 175cm, you may need to bend your knees slightly. - 5. There was no bathroom, but we stopped at a rest area twice during the 5 hours to Sapa and were allowed to use the restroom. 6. Hand out a bottle of water to each person. WiFi was connected well. The biggest disappointment was that while going to Sapa, the power on the bus was cut off, so it was impossible to charge my phone even though there was a USB plug. I don't know what it's like during daytime hours. There's no TV, but that's okay since I didn't plan on watching it in the first place. - 7. A guide who could speak English took the bus with us and accompanied us to the final destination. They made announcements right before departure and arrival, and especially when we first got on, they even moved our seats to a slightly larger space (but they didn't move us to the first floor, where the price was different). +++ 8. Even though I rode on the second floor, I didn't feel much of a rattle while driving and I didn't get motion sick. There was a protection device to prevent the seat from rolling over while sleeping (each seat also had a curtain for privacy). + 9. Departure at 22:00 and arrival at 03:00 the next day, but they allowed me to sleep on the bus until 06:00. ++ The service was perfect, to the point where it was very, very disappointing that this was a bus company that only operated during the day. Since the bus company (Sao Viet) returning from Sapa to Hanoi was the worst, it may look better, but if I go to Sapa in the future, I think I will check the timetable of this bus company (Sapa Express) first.

This trip was good. It probably depends on the bus conductor. If the quality is maintained well like this, I will recommend and support the next trip. The sleeping compartment has a very smart place to put your phone and charge it, and a place to put your shoes. Other buses have not seen this.

I did not take the bus with them because I missed it due to another bus company (I was changing bus). However they tried to wait for me for 30mn, and even if I did not make it, they helped me right away to find ne another bus. They bought it with me at the station, and showed me the bus. Very professional.

Excellent, comfortable bus journey - works definitely recommend. Contact from bus conductor was perfect, and when he came to meet me personally at the pickup spot he had my details which was reassuring. He also gave plenty of advance warning of the final stop in Sa Pa so passengers could be ready to depart, and was clear about how long we had at rest stops - he really was great. I have only 2 criticisms - and as far as I understand, they was not the fault of the bus company or conductor, rather because of the ticket I booked through Vexere - the pickup time I was given was 45 minutes before official departure (as is normal), but we actually passed by the exact same place and picked up more passengers around an hour later, having gone all the way around Ha Giang! It wasn't a big deal and I was comfortable (and I knew we'd be collecting more people after me because of my pickup time, just not that we'd be going part my exact stop again).. but who really wants an extra hour sitting on a bus for no reason? Also, when booking my seat the configuration on the app was incorrect so although the seat number I hadwas correct, it was not in the place I expected (opposite side of the bus, and a top bunk instead of bottom!) - it could have been user error on my part but if so it wasn't clear on the site, so be super-careful when selecting seats! Again, not the bus company's fault at all - everything about my journey was perfect.

I was picked up in old quarter by a taxi that took me to the bus station. Just had to ask the lady in the supermarket located in the pick up address and pay there.

The informations about pick up locations etc are a little approximative, I asked Vexere where we could get to the big bus directly and at the end the location was still a mini van pick up that brought us to the bus but that is not a big deal. We left on time from Hanoi but made a very long break at the airport to wait some passengers I guess and arrived only 30 minutes late in Sa Pa so very good. There is no WC in the bus so think about it but you’ll do two 30min breaks in freeway area (3k dong to use the bathroom and they are very clean) and will also be able to buy a lot of different snacks and food. Very confortable seats ! Keep in mind that sometimes the quality of the roads is not that good so it can be very shaky. We booked the top 2 seats at the very back of the bus and you can feel the bus vibrating a lot, the lower seats just before these seats were much more confortable and we were able to use them as they were empty. Overall a very good journey :)

Bus people went to a lot of trouble to make sure I found the bus. Drivers were good. I felt that the bus crew were taking special care for m y comfort as I was a foreigner. Thanks

The car is clean and runs on time. I forgot something in the car, and the driver and bus assistant helped me find it. The only minus point is that the driver number updated on the website is wrong. Please remember Office No. 1 Nguyen Hoang instead of going to the wrong My Dinh bus station.

Why don't many people know about this bus company yet? I'm super super satisfied - The bus runs on time, doesn't stop to pick up passengers along the way (save a lot of time) - The driver is super enthusiastic - The bus owner is super cute and even carries my stuff for me - More importantly, the bus is new, odorless, so people who get carsick don't have to worry (I swear, reputable, no seeding 🫰🏻) - When arriving at the office, the bus owner even sent a car to pick you up and drop you off at your place. In short, this is a super great bus trip, everyone should really, really experience it.

Good car, fully equipped. However, there is still a situation of cramming customers on the streets. But anyway, the number of regular customers is small and the number of reserved seats is not affected (each person has a seat in the right place, not 2 people in 1 seat or 3 people in 2 seats), so I still rate it 5 stars.
