To make the service even better, I suggest the bus company implement a clear policy regarding keeping quiet (turning off phone sounds) at night to avoid disturbing other passengers. Thank you very much T.Xe and assistant of Khang Thinh bus company❤️ This is the first time I go to our bus company and while I'm moving to the bus company's pick up point. I was stuck in traffic for about 20 minutes but the driver and assistant were still waiting and were very friendly, not pushy like other bus companies. The car I drive is a 24-minute double. The car has curtains so I find it very private and full of amenities. The car goes from Saigon to Quy Nhon and uses 3 foot stations. The car uses 2 stations to go to the toilet at the gas station. and 1 station. Use it for food. Even though the 2 stations are used at the gas station for cars to pay for fuel and for passengers to go to the toilet, the toilet at this gas station is very clean. Hk has an unpleasant smell like other stations. But it seems that this bus company runs out to Ngai Ngai and drops off passengers along Highway 1a, so it's very convenient for everyone😍 I can't fault the place when I take the bus. The car is very new. T.XE runs very well and doesn't get stuck like other cars❤️. Wishing the garage to grow stronger and stronger🥰

The staff were lovely, and the bus was lovely too 😂 It was new, clean, and had Pikachu decorations all over it. Each bed even had a long Pikachu plushie to hug 🤣 The pink pig-patterned blankets would be a hit with kids. This was the first time I'd seen a bus company provide toothbrushes. Two elderly people boarded the bus and the staff even escorted them to their seats to assist them; overall, it was very thoughtful.

The bus company was decent. The service quality was acceptable, but there's still a lot of room for improvement to match higher-quality buses like Viet Tan Phat. The staff member was very pleasant and friendly. The food in Xuan Loc was also good, and the restaurant owner was very accommodating with extra rice, but the restrooms need to be cleaner. The bus company needs to provide an additional quick restroom stop, because on the journey from Dien Khanh, Nha Trang to Quang Ngai, forcing people to hold it in until they get home would be a lifelong trauma; no one would dare take the bus again. I would have given it only 4 stars, but the staff member was very polite and had a great attitude, so I'm giving it 5 stars.
