The charging port and LCD screen are not working at my seat. The back roll of 3 seats is very comfortable and you can adjust the seat to the maximum compared to other seat. The staff at the office can speak English and is very friendly. I will recommend this transport service company to everyone for safe travel. Trip from HCMC to Vung Tau. On the trip to Vung Tau and back to Saigon, I met three drivers who were very friendly and easy to talk to – 10 stars! 🥰... I just want to offer a suggestion regarding their driving. Although I think the drivers are quite skilled and can manage speed and maneuvers well, I still felt a little uneasy while riding. However, whether it's due to the bus company's schedule or something else, I hope the drivers always drive carefully for their own safety and the safety of the passengers.
