We took a day time sleeper bus with HM Happycar from Hoi An to Phong Nha. I received a WhatsApp message from the organizer to ensure we found the bus ok before departing. The bus was extremely clean and in great condition. The little bed capsules were private and lay totally flat, or you could put them into a partially reclined position. I am 5'4" and could lay completely stretched out, my friend is 5'9" and could do the same with flexed feet. There was a USB port, lights and air vents. The driving felt very safe and there were two drivers who traded off which helped us feel safe as well. We stopped 3 times for toilet breaks. After getting dropped off and going about our day, we realized we forgot air buds on the bus. I messaged them via WhatsApp and they responded immediately that they would ask their cleaning staff. They found them and organised a nearby hostel for them to be dropped off at for us to pick up at our convenience. Very impressed overall, would book with them again.

10/10 experience with HK bus lines. We've been traveling for 8 months and this was by far our best bussing experience. What stood out was the high level of friendly customer service, and the comfortable cabins with working charging ports, massage chair, etc. We boarded in Hoi An and the gentlemen working in the office was so so lovely (I believe his name is Qui but I may be spelling if wrong). He was extremely helpful, great attitude, and eased any concerns we had. I would highly recommend HK bus lines and will certainly book with them again.

At first, when I read the review, I was a bit worried because there were many negative things about the garage, but it's actually better than I thought. The car runs on time, the driver is in the right place and safely. Especially the time runs very quickly and the bus company is dedicated to taking customers to the right place they want. At first I thought it would be charged but when I asked the staff they said it was free, so I asked for 2 seats. Delicious + Professional staff and driver, use very good app, collect money with QR code to scan, no need to discuss + The fenders on the car are still very new, it seems like the car I drove was newly purchased, so there is still a plastic bag Yes, this bus company invested a lot + in general about the service, I rate it 9.6/10 - The car goes a little faster and it's ok, the transfer goes a little faster to help reduce detours and it's ok, everyone should choose and experience it. Try it out, no need to fly and waste money

Good service from Da Nang to Kon Tum. Water, blanket and pillow are provided. You can recharge your electronics with usb plugs. There were some occasional stops for gasing up/picking up people so you could arrive a bit later than described. (Note: we understand and spoke a bit vietnamese)

The driver and the conductor were very enthusiastic and dedicated. I got on the wrong bus (same company, same route). The driver and conductor of both buses were very helpful. The ticket price was cheap but the quality was very good, the ticket included a dinner. The bus departed 45 minutes later than on the app, but due to the storm, it rained very heavily, which is understandable. 99/10

This was the first time I drove a long distance but felt like a short one, the car drove as smooth as a Samsung and the seat was like a cool, air-conditioned bed. Initially, the car had a problem and the driver reported being late, but he handled it and came to pick us up as scheduled on the system. The driver, Van Si, was so funny and enthusiastic that despite the wind and rain, he transported us safely to our destination. 5⭐️ for driver Van Si and the garage. Next time, I hope to have the chance to meet you again.

Bed is comfortable. The staff is cheerful and enthusiastic, whatever the passengers want 😆. Professional drivers drive safely. The car is clean and has a very convenient charging socket in the bed. The car runs on time and is arranged in the right place as booked. Score 10 for the red dragon 👍
