We bought plane tickets and booked a hotel separately. Transfer was not included. Based on reviews, the vexere service was recommended. We reserved seats with payment to the driver. The driver met you at the indicated location (Ho Chi Minh City airport) and took you directly to the hotel (Bamboo village). Along the way there was a stop for a snack and a restroom. From Mui Ne to SG, it takes exactly 3 hours (including 20 minutes at the stop), so awesome 🤣. My family has traveled with g5 bus company several times. In general, the car is clean, comfortable, runs on time and picks up and drops off passengers properly.
