The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary. The Vexere.com website provides clear and user-friendly instructions, making ticket purchase quite easy. — Specifically, the Bao Ngoc bus service that took us from Saigon to Da Nang had a very professional, polite, and courteous staff; they clearly guided passengers when boarding. The place where Bao Ngoc stopped for dinner was spacious, airy, and clean. The dinner consisted of 6 main dishes and a bowl of soup for a table of 8 people; there was so much food we couldn't finish it, yet it only cost 50,000 VND per person. And when we arrived in Da Nang, even though our address wasn't updated on the website, the staff still helped us call a taxi and subsidized the fare. We are very grateful and would like to recommend Bao Ngoc bus company to everyone.

Good experience. The staff was cheerful, polite and friendly. The arrival time was 1 hour later than expected because the car had to stop many times to load and unload goods and pick up passengers. Overall, I feel secure when using this bus company's service, and will support and recommend this bus company's service to my relatives.

I went Hoi An > Saigon. I was cautious after reading the reviews, but it worked out okay! They have a premium bus, but the service and employees are definitely not premium. But they're very effective and competent. They have an actual office in Hoi An, which is nice. A nice shuttle took us ftom the office to the highway where we met the bus. We stopped for dinner at a cheap, good enough spot at 8:30pm. They must have sped through the night because we reached the northern part of Saigon at 6:45am (at their carwash facility?), where they loaded us on a very janky shuttle bus to transfer to the Tinh Binh office closer to downtown (not enough seats, so some people sat on plastic chairs in the cargo hold). We reached there at 7:30am -- much earlier than the 11am arrival time on the ticket. I'm 178cm and the seat was extremely comfortable; I ended up sleeping straight from 11pm until we arrived to Saigon. But three negatives: - Second shuttle bus was blatantly unsafe (see pic) - My seat was stuck in recline / couldn't sit up - Daytime driver played rock music on a high volume. Thankfully he turned off the rear speakers when asked, but be careful getting front seats. Overall I would take them again as long as it is a budget price.
