79-05527 Thank you so much to the bus driver. I'm a Korean who doesn't know anything, but I kept asking on Google Maps "Are you sure you're going here?" and asking strange questions like "Can you take me to our hotel?" But the driver took care of everything. Originally, I arrived at 2:30 a.m., and I was informed at that time, but the driver told me to sleep more, waited at the gas station, and even picked me up at the hotel by limousine bus in the morning. I looked so stupid that I think the driver helped me. If the driver wasn't there, I'm still thinking about that story because it must have been dangerous.. Thank you so much.. Honestly, I'd read the previous reviews and we were a little worried. But it was the best bus trip we've ever taken. The bus left and arrived on time, the drivers were friendly, the ride was okay (although still bumpy, but that's Vietnam for you ^^), and the seats were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised.

The shuttle bus picked you up on time, the driver was polite and attentive. The 34c car is clean and fully equipped. The driver drives carefully, the assistant arranges passengers' belongings and luggage thoughtfully and carefully. Will continue to support

Yes, the ride experience was great, 10 points for customer service, on time. Thank you and I will continue to book tickets next time.

I used to take Phong Phu bus 4 years ago, at that time there was only a single bed, the experience was very good but it was inconvenient that I had to go to Ho Chi Minh City to get a trip. This year, when traveling, there is a pick-up route in Binh Duong, which is always very convenient. Currently there are only double beds, reading reviews, I see that people rate the bed poorly, the driver's attitude and having to wait for slow transfers or refusing to transfer to the hotel requested by the customer. It sounds a bit hesitant, but I still decided to try it again. First, the bus ticket is cheaper than other Limousine companies and also has a discount code. After booking, the staff calls to confirm immediately and the app/email is very updated. regularly, in detail. On the day of departure, NV called back to set a specific time. The car's GPS worked very well, helping me arrive close to time without having to wait long. The trip departed 30 minutes earlier than expected. The room is clean and fully furnished, cakes, mineral water, cold towels and blankets as advertised, the massage machine works well. The room for 2 people with a weight of about 120kg fits well, not too wide, anyone who is bigger probably won't be comfortable. That's it. The driver and assistant spoke very kindly. Ask me where to transfer to. There is a one-time stop for guests to use the restroom. At 5:30, we arrived in Dalat. Even though it was just an empty lot, there were already several shuttle buses waiting, so we didn't have to wait long, each carrying a few groups of passengers going in one direction. Where I live about 5-6km away, I still enthusiastically brought them to me. However, the shuttle bus was so terrible, it felt like a roller coaster 😅. In short, it was a very satisfying experience. Thank you Team 60F 00575 and Phong Phu Limousine!

Good experience. The staff was cheerful, polite and friendly. The arrival time was 1 hour later than expected because the car had to stop many times to load and unload goods and pick up passengers. Overall, I feel secure when using this bus company's service, and will support and recommend this bus company's service to my relatives.

We are very happy with out 8.5 hour journey yesterday. The bus driver was extremely good . Our seats were comfortable and clean with water and hand wipe provided. Fantastic food stop . Good amount of toilet breaks. The only thing I would recommend to improve is to allow foreign payment cards when booking on the app.

We booked tickets without paying for the Nha Trang-Da Nang journey (which is very convenient if you don't have a foreign card to pay with). We arrived at the bus station (the departure point was indicated on the ticket), and they printed our tickets for us at the ticket counter. We also decided to buy tickets for the return journey directly at the counter, as the price was the same in the app. We first took a minibus to the meeting point, and then transferred to the sleep bus itself. I recommend bringing a warm sweater or a thin jacket/vest, as it was occasionally chilly, and the blankets were old, but they were available. USB ports for charging your phone worked, and there was toilet paper and toilet paper. Everything was quite clean. We traveled back from Da Nang (Da Nang bus station, Terminal B2, Exit 8) on a different type of bus with three rows of reclining seats. It's less spacious, but still quite comfortable and much better than an 8-10 hour ride sitting down. We also stopped near Nha Trang and were then taken to the station by a small bus. They also transport packages during the trip, and there may be stops. I recommend this company and book VIP seats.

The staff were lovely, and the bus was lovely too 😂 It was new, clean, and had Pikachu decorations all over it. Each bed even had a long Pikachu plushie to hug 🤣 The pink pig-patterned blankets would be a hit with kids. This was the first time I'd seen a bus company provide toothbrushes. Two elderly people boarded the bus and the staff even escorted them to their seats to assist them; overall, it was very thoughtful.

Guide for first-time travelers Review of the trip from Sai Gon to Nha Trang In Saigon, the bus company has a waiting room, serving snacks such as cakes, water, etc. After getting on the bus and sleeping for about 5-6 hours, you will arrive in Nha Trang. In Nha Trang, the bus company has a free shuttle service, but you must book in advance with the bus company when booking a ticket or when the bus company calls you to confirm your ticket before leaving. After the bus arrives in Nha Trang, you contact the staff (should use Google Translate and give it to them to read) to help you find a shuttle. You should not trust people wearing Grab shirts inviting you to take a ride outside. Talking about the quality of the bus, it is excellent, the bus is made in a cabin style with a space design, there is no toilet on the bus or there is (depending on the type of bus you choose), so you should take a 22-cabin bus instead of a 32-cabin bus for the best experience. Most of the drivers are elderly, so they do not know English, you should use Google Translate to communicate with them. Hope this review will help you when you go

10 points for food, restrooms and service attitude of Thuan Tam bus company. Especially the drivers and assistants of 76B 00934 serve enthusiastically, handle situations quickly and warmly with customers when encountering unfortunate problems. I booked a car at 6:00, unfortunately I couldn't park my motorbike, I had to drive around for 15 minutes to park my car, the drivers were willing to find a parking space to wait and give dedicated instructions 10 points for the service 😚😚😚

Comes with 1 bottle of Number 1 drink, 1 can of bird's nest drink, 2 wet towels. Quality 👌

I'm impressed by the politeness of the staff that other bus companies don't have. Picking up at Highway 13 and not taking a shuttle bus is something I really like

The driver and conductor were friendly, the ticket counter staff were helpful, and the bus was modern, clean, and smelled nice.
