My first time in a overnight bus: seats were clean and quite comfortable, blankets were provided but a bit dirty. Seats are made for people smaller than 1,80m, i was not able to straighten mylegs compleatly. There were several stops for peeing and one stop for food, which had really good stuff for only 50k.

The new car is clean, the seats are super comfortable, especially the pillows are attached to the bed with an adhesive so they can be removed, suitable for people who can't sleep on high pillows like me. Sleep well from the moment you get on the bus until the next morning. The bus attendant was also enthusiastic when I asked for information, and when I arrived at the stop, I was not urged to get off the bus immediately. The only minus point is that the width of both sides of the bed is slightly curved, so it's a bit tight for my friend (68kg 1m7, not a big fat person), so for fatter people it will be tight.

First time riding a car but surprised by the quality. After I booked the car, someone called to confirm and told me when to be at the boarding location. When I got on the bus, the guys and bus assistants said the seat I booked was on the 2nd floor (because I booked it wrong), but my wife still let me sleep on the 1st floor. Especially the bed is extremely long, I'm 1m61 tall but still has a lot of room, no uncomfortable bending of the legs like other cars, overall very satisfied, really like it. I traveled with my wife from Saigon to Danang. Everything was fine. The bus was new and comfortable. The staff didn't speak English, so we had to use Google Translate. They showed us where toilets were and where to eat. The bus stopped 4 times within our 16-hour trip. We arrived 3 hours earlier than expected. Authentic experience :). The main problem was the company changed our pick up point. They were calling us a whole morning to inform about it but we couldn't understand Vietnamese. The manager in our hotel helped us.
